Si pones m\u00e1s simplemente se derrite y se le sale por los lados. Si no consigues pasta de guayaba, el mejor sustituto ser\u00eda la mermelada de guayaba. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Agua- <\/strong>Us\u00e9 agua para diluir la pasta de guayaba. Algunas personas usan la pasta tal como viene. Pero cuando l= la pasta de guayaba no est\u00e1 diluida y los pastelillos se enfr\u00edan, la pasta de guayaba se convierte en el mismo bloque que era. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Masa de hojaldre-<\/strong> Puedes hacer tu propio hojaldre pero yo siempre uso pre hecho que compro en el supermercado porque es mas conveniente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Az\u00facar en polvo(azucar glass)- <\/strong>El az\u00facar glass es el topping que completa este postre. Trit\u00farelo hasta que quede suave. Agrega 1 cucharada de agua y mezcla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Para hacer pastelillos de tama\u00f1o regular, corta cada hoja de hojaldre en 9 trozos. Si sientes que el hojaldre se pega a la superficie usa media cucharadita para enharinar el \u00e1rea en la que est\u00e1s trabajando. Pero la forma original siempre ser\u00e1 cuadrada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La mejor forma de guardar un pastelillo es en un recipiente herm\u00e9tico a temperatura ambiente. Conserva no m\u00e1s de 5 d\u00edas.
