Si bien es cierto que la mayor\u00eda de las recetas utilizan el <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/sazon\/\">saz\u00f3n tradicional<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/adobo-completo\/\">adobo completo<\/a>, y <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/sofrito\/\">sofrito con culantro<\/a> todos tienen un sabor \u00fanico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto se debe a que a veces agregamos cubito de jam\u00f3n como en el <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/arroz-con-habichuelas\/\">arroz amarillo con habichuelas<\/a> o a veces agregamos carne como en el <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-arroz-con-costillas\/\">arroz guisado con costillas<\/a> que cambia el sabor.<\/p>\n\n\n[feast_advanced_jump_to]\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#dee3d9\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"porque-la-receta-te-va-a-gustar\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Porque La Receta Te Va A Gustar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a1Esta es una receta vegetariana y vegana!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es un arroz tan bueno que simplemente puedes acompa\u00f1arlo con una <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-ensalada-verde\/\">simple ensalada<\/a> o con unos <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/tostones-platanos-fritos\/\">tostones de platanos verdes<\/a>. Puedes usar el aceite que prefieras.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Salsa de tomate- <\/strong>Yo siempre uso salsa de tomate pero la pasta de tomate funciona igual, solo hay que usar la mitad de la salsa necesaria.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sofrito- <\/strong>Le agregu\u00e9 2 cucharadas de sofrito. Puedes usar cualquier variaci\u00f3n de sofrito que encuentres porque todos tienen la misma base que es cebolla, ajo, <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/que-es-culantro\/\">culantro largo<\/a> y pimientos que contribuyen a ese distintivo sabor caribe\u00f1o. Si no tienes sofrito yo tengo el <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-sustituto-de-sofrito-puertorriqueno\/\">mejor sustituto de sofrito<\/a> para que pruebes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Condimentos- <\/strong>Us\u00e9 adobo, que es un condimento para todo uso, y saz\u00f3n para darle sabor y color. Puedes sustituir el adobo por sal, solo debes usar la mitad de cantidad. Aseg\u00farate de probar el agua para asegurarte de que tenga suficiente condimento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Caldo de pollo- <\/strong>Yo us\u00e9 1 cubito de caldo de pollo knorr<strong> <\/strong>pero tambi\u00e9n puedes utilizar su forma en polvo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ma\u00edz-<\/strong> Utilic\u00e9 una lata de 8 onzas de ma\u00edz amarillo entero, pero congelado tambi\u00e9n funciona bien. Puedes agregar m\u00e1s ma\u00edz si quieres. Si desea agregar un toque de dulzura, usa ma\u00edz blanco, que es ligeramente dulce y muy rico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Agua- <\/strong>Yo uso agua porque us\u00e9 un cubito de caldo de pollo pero puedes sustituirlo por caldo de pollo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Arroz- <\/strong>Us\u00e9 2 tazas de arroz blanco de grano medio, que es el que se usa m\u00e1s com\u00fanmente en los arroces puertorrique\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#dee3d9\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"variaciones\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Variaciones<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Puedes hacer diferentes variaciones de este arroz con ma\u00edz agregando m\u00e1s vegetales como en el <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-arroz-a-la-jardinera\/\">arroz a la jardinera puertorrique\u00f1o<\/a> y agrega guisantes, zanahorias, aceitunas o habichuelas verdes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una variaci\u00f3n que me gusta es agregar carne. El objetivo de este paso es saltear todos los ingredientes para realzar su sabor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Agrega agua y deja que hierva. Si quieres que este paso sea m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido, agrega agua caliente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udcd3 Nota:<\/strong> El caldero es la olla que se usa tradicionalmente para hacer arroz puertorrique\u00f1o, puedes usar cualquier olla que tengas a la mano siempre que tenga una tapa.
