Yo aprendi a <strong>como hacer farina <\/strong>hace mucho.&nbsp;Aunque no es dificil, tiene sus truquitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La farina es parte de nuestra cultura Boricua e incluso se sirve en las escuelas con un trozo de queso, galletas saladas o salchichas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se venden en panader\u00edas, restaurantes e incluso gasolineras al igual que la rice <strong> <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-avena-estilo-boricua\/\">receta de avena<\/a>, los <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-quesitos-boricua\/\">quesitos boricua<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/harina-de-maiz\/\">crema de harina de maiz<\/a> y hasta caf\u00e9 con leche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La farina que se hace en Puerto Rico es muy suave, cremosa y bien rica. Puede parecer mucho, pero es una receta destinada a ser dulce. Puedes usar menos, simplemente agrega la mitad de lo que sugiere la receta y prueba la leche.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Farina- <\/strong>Yo us\u00e9 \u00bd taza de farina regular. La farina viene de distintos sabores como canela.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sal- <\/strong>Us\u00e9 \u00bd cucharadita de sal para realzar todos los sabores. La sal se usa para equilibrar el az\u00facar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leche-<\/strong> Yo us\u00e9 2 \u00bd tazas de leche que hace una harina muy cremosa. No recomiendo usar agua porque no quedar\u00e1 tan cremosa y no aporta ning\u00fan sabor a la receta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Extracto de vainilla- <\/strong>Us\u00e9 2 cucharaditas de extracto de vainilla y tambi\u00e9n me gusta usar extracto de almendras.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#dee3d9\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"sustituciones-y-variaciones\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sustituciones y Variaciones<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Especias- <\/strong>A algunas personas les gusta agregar especias como canela entera, nuez moscada, clavo o estrella an\u00eds como la base de t\u00e9 que se hace para el coquito.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leche-<\/strong> Puedes utilizar leche evaporada, leche de coco, leche de almendras o leche de avena. Sustituye por la misma cantidad de leche que indica la receta.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Edulsantes- <\/strong>Puedes sustituir el az\u00facar blanca por az\u00facar morena o miel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sabores-<\/strong> Mis favoritos son vainilla y extracto de almendra. Yo he expirimentando a\u00f1adiendole extracto de coco, mantequilla y hasta cafe. Este es el truco que uso para evitar grumos en mi mezcla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Agregua lentamente la leche mientras mezcla. Me gusta agregar la leche a los ingredientes secos porque si agregas los ingredientes a la leche, tienden a formar grandes grumos de farina.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcd3 <strong>Nota: <\/strong>Si bien esta receta se prepara en la estufa, la harina se puede preparar en el microondas mezclando todo y cocinando a temperatura alta durante 1 minuto a la vez y luego mezclando. Esto lo hacemos para evitar grumos y evitar que se pegue algo al fondo de la olla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Cocine por 7 minutos. Notar\u00e1s que la mezcla queda cremosa y media auguada, esa es la consistencia que debes queremos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcd3 <strong>Nota: <\/strong>El tiempo de cocci\u00f3n depende de la cantidad de leche que se utilice. Cuanta menos leche o l\u00edquido tenga m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido se cocina pero m\u00e1s espesa quedar\u00e1.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#dee3d9\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"tips-para-la-receta\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tips Para La Receta<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si buscas una consistencia m\u00e1s espesa agrega \u00bc de taza m\u00e1s de farina. Esto la har\u00e1 m\u00e1s espesa y tendr\u00e1 una consistencia de pur\u00e9 de papa.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ten en cuenta que la harina se espesa a medida que se enfr\u00eda. As\u00ed que no lo cocines demasiado. De no ser que te gusta mas seca.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Puedes cubrir la farina con frutas, nueces y cacao en polvo.
