Pero esto es opcional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Harina- <\/strong>Esta receta usa harina para todo uso, pero tambi\u00e9n puedes usar harina para pan y obtendr\u00e1s una buena masa para que sube bien porque tiene m\u00e1s prote\u00ednas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Levadura- <\/strong>Utilic\u00e9 2 \u00bc cucharaditas de levadura instant\u00e1nea que puedes sustituir por levadura seca activa en una proporci\u00f3n de 1:1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Az\u00facar- <\/strong>Yo us\u00e9 \u00bc de taza de az\u00facar blanca granulada para darle a las mallorcas un sabor ligeramente dulce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sal-<\/strong> Agregu\u00e9 \u00bd cucharadita de sal. Siempre encuentro que la sal realza el sabor de las recetas dulces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Manteca- <\/strong>Us\u00e9 3 \u00bd cucharadas de manteca vegetal. Yo us\u00e9 manteca vegetal pero puedes sustituirla por manteca de cerdo a partes iguales. Haz esto para tener todos los l\u00edquidos juntos y asegurar una coloraci\u00f3n uniforme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Paso 2:<\/strong> Agrega la levadura, el az\u00facar y la sal a la harina. M\u00e9zclalo hasta que est\u00e9 bien combinado. <strong> <\/strong>Haz un hueco en el centro de la harina y agrega \u2154 del l\u00edquido en el medio. Agrega el resto del agua y trata de incorporar la mayor parte de la harina amasando. \u00a1La masa se ver\u00e1 muy seca pero no entres en p\u00e1nico y conf\u00eda en el proceso!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Paso 4:<\/strong> Recoge toda la masa con una esp\u00e1tula para centrarla. Agrega la manteca a el medio de la masa y d\u00f3blala. La masa quedar\u00e1 extremadamente pegajosa, no caigas en la tentaci\u00f3n de agregar m\u00e1s harina, solo sigue amasando. Cada 4 minutos raspa la masa del counter o mesa hasta formar una bola y sigue amasando.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Paso 6:<\/strong> Espolvorea tu superficie con \u00bd cucharadita de harina. Luego coloca la masa encima y apl\u00e1nala con las manos para que absorba un poco de harina. Ahora dobla todas las esquinas hasta formar una bola. Usar una pesa para alimentos ayuda a ser preciso, pero no es necesario. Enrolle cada bola hasta formar un cilindro de aproximadamente 12 pulgadas de largo. Comenzando a rodar desde el medio y saliendo con ambas manos. Us\u00e9 una regla para medir pero puedes usar tu antebrazo como referencia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Paso 8:<\/strong> Dale forma circular a cada trozo de masa. Comience por el medio y envuelva la masa. Pellizca el extremo de la masa hacia la parte inferior de la mallorca. Presione ligeramente cada uno hacia abajo para nivelarlos en la parte superior. Dejar fermentar durante 1 hora. A mi me gusta poner las mallorcas a subir en el horno apagado y con la luz encendida. La luz ayuda a que la temperatura del horno suba y atrapa la humedad que se necesita.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Paso 10:<\/strong> Hornee en la rejilla del medio durante 30 minutos y voltee la bandeja despu\u00e9s de 15 minutos de horneado. Esto es para asegurar un color uniforme en la parte superior. Deja que las mallorcas se enfr\u00eden durante al menos 5 minutos antes de espolvorearlas con az\u00facar glass. Tambi\u00e9n puedes sustituir el az\u00facar glass por miel o jarabe de ma\u00edz para glasearlos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#dee3d9\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"tips-para-la-receta\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tips Para La Receta<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Las mallorcas son ricas por s\u00ed solas, pero la <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-mantequilla-de-guayaba\/\">receta de la mantequilla de guayaba<\/a> combina muy bien con ellas.
