Puedes sustituir por <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/como-hacer-aceite-de-achiote\/\">aceite con achiote<\/a> para darle un color amarillento al arroz y un sabor ahumado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aceitunas-<\/strong> Utilic\u00e9 \u00bc de aceitunas manzanilla principalmente para darle sabor. Puedes omitirlas si no te gustan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vegetales-<\/strong> Us\u00e9 \u00bc de cebolla amarilla, \u00bd de pimiento de cocinar y 2 onzas o medio frasco peque\u00f1o de pimiento morr\u00f3n. Puedes utilizar cualquier tipo de cebolla y sustituir el pimiento decocinar por uno verde.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>cilantro- <\/strong>Yo uso 6 ramitas de cilantro y el mejor sustituto es el <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/que-es-culantro\/\">recao o culantro<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sofrito-<\/strong> Yo uso 2 cucharadas de sofrito verde. Utiliza cualquier tipo que puedas encontrar o que tengas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Salsa de tomate- <\/strong>Yo us\u00e9 2 cucharadas de salsa de tomate que puedes sustituir por la mitad de la cantidad de pasta de tomate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pasta de ajo- <\/strong>Us\u00e9 una cucharada de pasta de ajo. Siempre mido mi ajo porque puedes agregar diferentes cantidades dependiendo del tama\u00f1o de cada diente de ajo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Jueyes-<\/strong> Us\u00e9 8 onzas de pero puedes agregar m\u00e1s si quieres. Considero que 8 onzas es una buena cantidad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Agua- <\/strong>Us\u00e9 2 \u00bd tazas de agua. A algunas personas les gusta usar caldo de pescado, pero no es necesario porque el juey le dar\u00e1 ese sabor a marisco.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Condimentos- <\/strong>Yo us\u00e9 1 \u00bd de saz\u00f3n y 1 \u00bd cucharadita de sal. Puedes sustituir la sal por 1 cucharadita de<strong> <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/adobo-completo\/\">sazonador multiusos adobo<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Arroz- <\/strong>Us\u00e9 2 tazas de arroz de grano mediano. Yo los cort\u00e9 en cubos peque\u00f1os de media pulgada. Pero no te preocupes por el tama\u00f1o. Puedes picarlos en trozos grandes porque la mayor\u00eda se deshacen durante la cocci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Paso 2: <\/strong>Agrega el aceite a un caldero o olla a fuego medio-alto y saltea los vegetales durante 2 minutos. A algunas personas les gusta agregar primero el arroz y luego el agua, pero yo no noto la diferencia entre ambos m\u00e9todos. Este es un buen momento para probar el agua y ver si sientes que necesita m\u00e1s condimento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Paso 6: <\/strong>Agrega el arroz, revuelve y tapa para cocinar hasta que el agua se haya evaporado.
