En esta receta utilizo de la marca<em> Indian Head<\/em>. Viene en un paquete amarillo. Siempre puedes agregar menos a tu gusto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Harina de ma\u00edz- <\/strong>Yo us\u00e9 \u00bd taza. Esta es la cantidad perfecta para obtener una consistencia que sea no muy espesa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sal- <\/strong>En cada receta dulce me gusta agregar sal para realzar los dem\u00e1s favores. Yo us\u00e9 \u00bc de cucharadita.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leche- <\/strong>Us\u00e9 2 \u00bd tazas de leche entera. No recomiendo usar agua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Extracto de vainilla- <\/strong>Us\u00e9 1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla pero puedes omitirlo si no te gusta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#dee3d9\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Mantequilla &amp; Canela:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunas personas agregan mantequilla y canela a la mezcla mientras preparan harina de ma\u00edz. A mi me gusta agregar canela y mantequilla encima despu\u00e9s de cocinar. Siento que agregar la mantequilla despu\u00e9s me permite saborear mejor el sabor salado de la mantequilla con la dulzura de la crema. Agrega la harina, el az\u00facar, la sal, la vainilla y la leche y revuelve. Revolver ayudar\u00e1 a evitar que se formen grumos grandes y evitar\u00e1 que se pegue al fondo de la sart\u00e9n y se queme. \u00a1Por eso es importante seguir revolviendo!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#dee3d9\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"tips-para-la-receta\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tips Para La Receta<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si bien la harina de ma\u00edz puede parecer muy l\u00edquida despu\u00e9s de cocinarla, est\u00e1 bien porque comenzar\u00e1 a espesarse r\u00e1pidamente mientras se enfr\u00eda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si te gusta que la crema tenga una consistencia muy espesa te sugiero apagar el fuego y seguir revolviendo durante 30-60 segundos en la olla.
