Es s\u00faper delicioso y elaborado con yuca, pl\u00e1tanos amarillos y verdes con un toque de mantequilla y adobo. Puedes utilizarlos frescos o congelados. Si tienes suerte, incluso podr\u00e1s encontrar <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/amarillos-platanos-maduros\/\">platanos dulces fritos<\/a> y congelado. Recuerda al ir al supermercado que la <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/que-es-la-yuca\/\">cassava y yuca<\/a> son el mismo vegetal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pl\u00e1tano verde- <\/strong>Trata de utilizar los pl\u00e1tanos m\u00e1s verdes que puedas encontrar porque cuanto m\u00e1s verdes sean, m\u00e1s sabrosa te quedara la receta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/adobo-completo\/\">Adobo con pimienta<\/a><strong>&#8211; <\/strong>A m\u00ed me gusta usar adobo con pimienta pero puedes usar sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ajo- <\/strong>Utilizo s\u00f3lo \u00bd cucharadita de pasta de ajo para que el sabor no quede tan fuerte y a\u00fan pueda notar esos sabores dulces. Tambi\u00e9n puedes utilizar un pelador de vegetales si te resulta m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Yo siempre hiervo la yuca por 25 minutos. Solo aseg\u00farate de que sean de tama\u00f1o similar para que se puedan cocinar de manera uniforme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4: <\/strong>Vas a fre\u00edr todo en la misma olla pero los agregar\u00e1s en diferentes momentos. Maja hasta que empiece a verse suave.
