Pero en Puerto Rico el <strong>Arroz Chino Boricua<\/strong> es simplemente rico! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yo llevo haciendo arroz chino durante a\u00f1os y despu\u00e9s de muchos intentos, ahora siento que esta receta es la que es! Sabe igual que la que se compro en un restaurante chino en la isla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mi combinaci\u00f3n favorita de arroz chino es con <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-pepper-steak-boricua-estilo-chino\/\">pepper steak boricua<\/a>, o las <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-alitas-fritas-estilo-chino\/\">alitas chinas<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/tostones-platanos-fritos\/\">tostones puertorrique\u00f1os<\/a> o papitas fritas. Si ya tienes el <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/sazon\/\">condimento saz\u00f3n hecho en casa<\/a> probablemente tienes el ajinomoto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si alguna vez has probado el Arroz chino en Puerto Rico, esto te llevar\u00e1 directamente a la isla. Puedes a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s o menos seg\u00fan te guste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Jam\u00f3n-<\/strong> A\u00f1ad\u00ed \u00bd taza de jam\u00f3n en cubos peque\u00f1os. Esto es igual que los huevos, si agregas muy poco ni siquiera los notar\u00e1s. Puedes sustituirlo por jamonilla. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Arroz blanco-<\/strong> Yo us\u00e9 arroz jazm\u00edn, pero tambi\u00e9n puedes usar cualquier arroz de grano largo. Tambi\u00e9n he usado <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/arroz-blanco\/\">arroz grano mediano estilo puertorrique\u00f1o<\/a> pero es preferible el largo. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Salsa de soya-<\/strong> Los dos ingredientes m\u00e1s importantes de esta receta, adem\u00e1s del arroz, son la saya y ajinomoto. La salsa le da al arroz su color y sabor chino. Puedes usar cualquier marca que quieras pero yo suelo usar Kikkoman.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ajinomoto- <\/strong>El responsable por darle el sabor \u00fanico. Las marcas populares son Ajinomoto, Badia y Accent. Luego tienes que hacer el revoltillo agregando \u00bd cucharada de aceite a tu wok y a\u00f1adiendo el huevo a fuego alto. Pueden quedar un poco corridos porque luego se cocinar\u00e1n un poco m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Agrega \u00bd cucharada de aceite y luego jam\u00f3n y cocina por 2 minutos o hasta que veas un poco de caramelizaci\u00f3n por fuera. Tienes que fre\u00edr el arroz durante 2 minutos mientras revuelves. Esto se hace para intentar esparcir la salsa de de manera uniforme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 8:<\/strong> Termina de cocinar el arroz y apaga el la estufa. Me gusta agregar guisantes, zanahorias o germinados de habichuelas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vegetariana o vegana-<\/strong> Puedes hacer esta receta vegetariana o vegana eliminando los huevos o los camarones y el jam\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Arroz-<\/strong> Siempre preparo mi arroz 30 minutos antes de hacer arroz chino.
