Estos rellenos no son exclusivos de Puerto Rico, muchos pa\u00edses tambi\u00e9n los elaboran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La verdadera diferencia est\u00e1 en el relleno utilizado y su sabor. La versi\u00f3n boricua est\u00e1 rellena de <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/picadillo-de-carne-molida\/\">carne molida con sabor boricua<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los rellenos don tan ricos como los <em>wichitos<\/em>. \u00bfAlguna vez has probado uno? Tambi\u00e9n son una fritura hecha de papa frita que se hace en Puerto Rico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta es una receta que se come sola como aperitivo, almuerzo o incluso cena. Tambi\u00e9n es lo que uso paraempanar los rellenos. Pero tambi\u00e9n puedes usar harina  todo uso para cubrir, pero la maicena tiende a hacer un exterior m\u00e1s crujiente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Carne molida-<\/strong>&nbsp;Este es el relleno m\u00e1s popular y mi favorito. Pero saben igual de rico si usas pollo desmenuzado. Mientras m\u00e1s peque\u00f1a piques la papa, m\u00e1s rapiso de cocinara.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Hierve las papas por 15 minutos hasta que esten blanditas. Asegurate de mezclar todo bien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Coge \u00bd taza de papa y aplastala en tu mano. Manteng el relleno en la nevera hasta que lo vayas a freir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 6:<\/strong> Usa un sarten lo suficientemente grande para freir los rellenos.
