Tambi\u00e9n puedes usar la carne que se consigue como minute steak, milanesa beef. Cualquier carne de res para pepper steak pero mientras mas finita mejor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Baking soda-<\/strong>&nbsp;Este aqui es el verdadero secreto para que esa carne quede super blandita. Hace que la carne se te deshaga al morderla y no quede chiclosa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>El sazon-&nbsp;<\/strong>Use un poco de sal, azucar, pimienta negra, cubito en polvo y ajinomoto. Todos estos sabores son importantes para que tenga el sabor que buscamos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Liquidos-<\/strong> Necesitas vino de cocinar blanco que puedes sustitur por vinagre blanco el cual se usa para marinar la carne. La salsa de soya, aceite sesame y agua se usan para hacer la salsa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Maicena (fecula de ma\u00edz)-&nbsp;<\/strong>La maicena se usa para dos cosas. La primera es para actuar con un empanado super fino para darle textura a la carne y que absorba mejor la salsa. Aqui el proposito es picarlos en pedazos mas peque\u00f1os pero no tienen que ser del mismo tamano ni perfectos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> La carne la picamos a aproximadamente dos pulgadas de tama\u00f1o y de grosor lo mas fina posible. Mezcla y deja la carne reposar por 15 minutos. Este es el secreto para que esa carne quede bien blandita.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Antes de sazonar es muy importante enjuagar la carne para sacarle el bicarbonate porque sino este le deja un sabor raro y metalico a la carne. Asegurate de separar la carne mientras se cocina porque la maicena hace que se pegue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 6:<\/strong> En un sarten grande anadele 1 cucharada de aceite y sofrie la cebolla y el pimiento verde. Luego disuelve 1 cucharada de maicena en la salsa de soya y a\u00f1adela al sarten junto al ajo, agua y carne. Cocinala por aproximadamente 6 minutos a fuego medio alto o hasta que el caldito quede como te gusta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#dee3d9\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"consejos\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consejos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Asegurate de no dejar la carne ablandando por mucho tiempo. Esto es porque mas tiempo no va a ablandar mas la carne sino le cambia la textura y le deja un fuerte sabor metalico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Puedes guardar la carne que te sobre en la nevera por no mas de 4 dias.
