Cuando lo muerdes por primera vez, no parece diferente hasta que sientes ese sabor agrio de la parcha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esa deliciosa acidez es suave pero se te queda en la boca. \u00a1Adem\u00e1s la cremosidad del flan y el caramelo sedoso hacen que este postre sea un 10\/10! Yo uso 1 taza de az\u00facar. Me gusta hacer suficiente caramelo para todos los que reciben un trozo de flan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leche-<\/strong> aunque algunas personas usan regular, yo hago flan como se hace en Puerto Rico. Es decir con leche evaporada y leche condensada azucarada. Esa combinaci\u00f3n le da al flan un sabor \u00fanico que la leche normal no puede.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vainilla-<\/strong>&nbsp;La vainilla es solo un toque. Demasiado puede enmascarar el delicioso sabor a maracuy\u00e1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Parcha-<\/strong> utilic\u00e9 pulpa de maracuy\u00e1 porque es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de encontrar y m\u00e1s barata que comprar maracuy\u00e1 fresca. Cualquiera que tengas est\u00e1 bien para usar. No olvides que puedes agregar las semillas porque son comestibles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Huevos-<\/strong> Necesitas 5 huevos. Los huevos son importantes porque ayudar\u00e1n a que el flan tenga consistencia. Pero no caiga en la tentaci\u00f3n de agregar m\u00e1s. Esto se debe a que entonces tu flan tendr\u00e1 sabor y olor a huevo. El truco para el caramelo perfecto es simplemente la paciencia. Pon el az\u00facar en una cacerola a fuego medio-alto y una vez que comience a derretirse, revuelve. S\u00ed, se formar\u00e1n grumos pero todos se disolver\u00e1n. Revuelve hasta que desaparezcan casi todos los grumos. Apaga y sigue revolviendo hasta que no queden m\u00e1s grumos. Vierte en tu molde.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Precalienta tu horno a 350\u00b0F para que alcance la temperatura para cuando hayas terminado estos pasos. En una licuadora mezcla la leche condensada, la leche evaporada y el extracto de vainilla. Luego debes agregar los huevos uno a la vez. Pon el molde en un recipiente m\u00e1s grande para hacer un ba\u00f1o maria. Agrega agua caliente hasta aproximadamente la mitad del molde. Lleva con cuidado al horno.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Hornear por 1 hora. Una vez hecho retiramos con cuidado el molde del ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda. D\u00e9jalo enfriar durante al menos 15 minutos a temperatura ambiente. Termina de enfriar el flan durante 2 horas en la nevera. Esto ayudar\u00e1 a que el flan se ponga firme. Luego pasa un cuchillo por los lados del molde para soltar el flan. Coloca un plato grande sobre el molde y volt\u00e9alo, luego estar\u00e1s listo para servir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#dee3d9\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"tips-para-la-receta\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tips Para La Receta<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Molde-<\/strong> utilic\u00e9 un molde redondo de 9&#215;3. Puedes dividir la receta en 2 moldes m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os o en un molde cuadrado si gustas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Porci\u00f3n-<\/strong> Aseg\u00farate de que cualquier plato o base que elijas para servir tu flan sea lo suficientemente grande y tenga un borde alto. Si no, corres el riesgo de que se derrame todo el caramelo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Almacenamiento-<\/strong> Aseg\u00farate de cubrir el flan cuando lo guardes, porque si no lo haces se secar\u00e1. Puedes usar papel de aluminio pero este tiende a pegarse al flan. S\u00f3lo tienes que cocinar tapado en un ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda durante 1 hora a temperatura media-alta. Cuando el agua se evapore tienes que agregar m\u00e1s.
