Este arroz es similar a mi <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-arroz-con-costillas\/\">arroz con costillas guisado<\/a> o el <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-arroz-con-jamonilla\/\">arroz con jamonilla puertorrique\u00f1o<\/a> donde la carne se cocina en el arroz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta es una gran receta porque no solo es una buena receta r\u00e1pida para hacer entre semana, sino tambi\u00e9n una excelente receta de arroz para preparar en cualquier d\u00eda festivo u ocasi\u00f3n especial. Lo que hace esta receta distinta es que no usa consom\u00e9 de res de la marca Campbell<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta es una receta que se puede servir como comida principal solo con una <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-ensalada-verde\/\">facil ensalada verde<\/a>. El bacon me gusta cortarlo en tiras en 6 trozos o aproximadamente 1 pulgada de largo. No conviene cortarlos demasiado peque\u00f1os porque se encoge mucho cuando se cocina. Adem\u00e1s, pique las cebollas en trozos grandes hasta que tengan aproximadamente \u00bd pulgada de grosor. Nuevamente, no muy finas para que no se pierdan mientras se cocinan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Cocina el bacon a fuego alto durante 8 minutos. Aseg\u00farate de revolver al menos cada 2 minutos para asegurarte de que no se pegue al fondo de la olla. Saltee durante 2 minutos. S\u00f3lo queremos cocinarlos lo suficiente como para sudar la cebolla. Demasiada cocci\u00f3n cocinar\u00e1 demasiado la cebolla y se desintegrar\u00e1 en el arroz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Agrega el agua y raspa el fondo de la olla. Luego coge los cubitos, triturarlos y a\u00f1adelos. A m\u00ed me gusta triturarlos para asegurarme de que no quede grumos. Luego revuelve el arroz y prueba el agua. Esto es para saber si desea agregar m\u00e1s condimentos. Baja fuego a mediano alto. Tapa y cocinar hasta que la mayor parte del agua se evapore. Esto deber\u00eda tomar unos 8 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 6:<\/strong> Una vez que se ha evaporado toda el agua, a m\u00ed me gusta revolver el arroz y hacer una peque\u00f1a c\u00fapula en el medio de la olla con el arroz. Luego bajas el fuego a mediano, tapas el arroz y termina de cocinar por 20 minutos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#dee3d9\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tips Para La Receta<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Adiciones:<\/strong> Este arroz es perfecto para agregar m\u00e1s verduras. Mis favoritos para agregar son champi\u00f1ones, zanahorias o guisantes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Olla arrocera:<\/strong> Esta es una excelente receta para hacer en una olla arrocera.
