Lo hago y lo sirvo cualquier arroz. Cuanto m\u00e1s fina consigas conseguir la carne, mejor. Esto se debe a que ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de ablandar. Pero tambi\u00e9n puedes usar el minute steak, que es el que viene mas finito. Solo necesitas cocinarlo la mitad del tiempo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bicarbonato de sodio y agua-<\/strong> Este es el truco para ablandar la carne sin necesidad de marinarla durante toda la noche. \u00a1Solo toma 10 minutos ablandar!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Adobo-<\/strong> Yo uso solo un poco de adobo porque el vinagre ayuda a darle sabor. No es necesario mucho condimento porque el adobo ya es una combinaci\u00f3n de diferentes especias.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aceite-<\/strong> El aceite se utiliza para dorar bien la carne. Esto ayuda a darle sabor a todo el caldo en el que se cocina la carne. Pero si quieres evitar agregar aceite, siempre puedes usar el aceite en spray.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pasta de ajo-<\/strong> El ajo es esencial para esta receta. Pero creo que usar pasta de ajo fresca es mejor si tienes ajo fresco. Siento que sabe mejor que la pasta premolida del supermercado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cebolla-<\/strong> Siempre agrego una cebolla amarilla, pero esto es solo una preferencia. Puedes utilizar cebollas blancas o rojas. A veces tambi\u00e9n le agrego pimientos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vinagre-<\/strong>\u00a0El vinagre blanco se usa com\u00fanmente en esta receta. Dependiendo de qui\u00e9n lo haga ser\u00e1 la cantidad que se utilice. Esto lo hago sumergiendo la carne en agua con baking soda. Simplemente toma la carne y agr\u00e9gala a un bowl grande. Mezcla el bicarbonato con \u00bd taza de agua y hechalo sobre la carne. Deja que se ablande durante 10 minutos. Luego queremos enjuagar el bicarbonato bien. Lava la carne hasta que ya no la sientas que esta como resbalosa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Pela y corta la cebolla. Me gusta cortarla por la mitad y cortarla en tiras de \u00bc de pulgada de grosor. Pero en realidad todo esto es s\u00f3lo una preferencia. Puedes cortar la cebolla como quieras. Me gusta cortarlo en trozos de aproximadamente 1 pulgada de grosor. C\u00f3rta la carne contra el musculo. Esto ayuda a romper las fibras musculares y la carne queda mas blanda. Nuevamente, esto tambi\u00e9n es una preferencia porque algunas personas no cortan la carne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Luego tenemos que sazonar el bistec con el adobo. Despu\u00e9s de esto casi siempre cocino la carne, casi nunca la dejo marinando. Pero si tienes tiempo puedes dejarlo marinando un par de horas o incluso toda la noche. Toma una sart\u00e9n grande y ponla a fuego medio-alto. Agrega el aceite y deja que se caliente un poco. Agrega la carne y d\u00f3rala durante 2 \u00bd minutos por cada lado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 6:<\/strong> Luego agregamos el ajo, la cebolla, el vinagre y el agua. Baja el fuego a medio. Mezcla bien y cocina por 25 minutos tapado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#dee3d9\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"tips-para-la-receta\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tips Para La Receta<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si bien puede parecer una buena idea dejar la carne m\u00e1s tiempo en el bicarbonato de sodio para que se ablande, no lo es. Si dejas la carne mucho tiempo empezar\u00e1 a desmoronarse y los trozos que queden se volver\u00e1n muy gomosos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Esta receta est\u00e1 hecha para que tenga mucho caldito que es la salsa o caldo para que mantenga la carne h\u00fameda y para mojar el arroz.
