Es una de las recetas m\u00e1s deliciosas para hacer con las sobras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta es una receta que se sirve en muchos restaurantes puertorrique\u00f1os. Lo mejor es que a partir de esta receta tambi\u00e9n puedes hacer otra receta, las <em>bolitas de arroz mamposteado<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo que me gusta mucho del arroz mamposteado es que tienes una base de ingredientes pero puedes agregarle lo que quieras. Pero puedes usar tu aceite preferido. Mi alternativa favorita es el aceite de coco.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Jam\u00f3n-<\/strong> El jam\u00f3n es la carne m\u00e1s com\u00fan que se agrega a la receta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sofrito-<\/strong> El sofrito le da un gran sabor a este plato. Le da ese saborcito puertorrique\u00f1o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Salsa de tomate-<\/strong> Yo uso salsa de tomate, pero puedes usar pasta de tomate si lo prefieres. Basta con utilizar la mitad de lo indicado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Habichuelas guisadas-<\/strong> Estas son hechas al estilo puertorrique\u00f1o. Yo us\u00e9 habichuelas rosadas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Arroz blanco-<\/strong> Utilic\u00e9 arroz blanco cocido de grano mediano, pero puedes usar arroz blanco de grano largo si es lo que usas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cilantro-<\/strong> El cilantro es imprescindible porque complementa muy bien los sabores. En un <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4hlsjEs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">caldero grande<\/a> o una <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/40M1uU1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">sart\u00e9n grande<\/a> a fuego alto echamos el aceite. Agrega el sofrito, la salsa de tomate, el jam\u00f3n y salteamos durante 5 minutos. Necesitamos ir revolviendo mientras cocinamos para que se cocine todo de manera uniforme y evitar que se quemen los ingredientes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Luego debemos bajar el fuego y a\u00f1adir el resto de los ingredientes. Necesitamos cocinar durante 5 minutos sin dejar de revolver tambien para que no se pegue al fondo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#dee3d9\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"tips-para-la-receta\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tips Para La Receta<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Despu\u00e9s de hacer el mamposteado no dejes el arroz sin tapar. Si lo olvidas, el arroz se secar\u00e1 y un arroz mamposteao deber\u00e1 quedar <em>mojadito<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dependiendo de la raci\u00f3n de agua y  habichuelas, ese ser\u00e1 el resultado final que tendr\u00e1s. Si te gusta un arroz m\u00e1s \u00abmojadito\u00bb necesitar\u00e1s m\u00e1s caldito de habichulas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El arroz se suele servir en forma de c\u00fapula. Pero esto es s\u00f3lo una preferencia.
