Aceves me gusta agregar ma\u00edz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Base-<\/strong> La base es el sofrito puertorrique\u00f1o y la salsa de tomate. Esto es parte de lo que le da al plato ese sabor \u00fanico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Condimentos-<\/strong> Use ajo y cebolla en polvo, sal, cubito de pollo y saz\u00f3n para agregar color.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hojas de laurel-<\/strong> Siempre me gusta agregar hojas de laurel b\u00e1sicamente a cada guiso que hago. Si no tienes hojas de laurel puedes a\u00f1adir un par de ramitas de cilantro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cerveza-<\/strong> Al hacer una fricase siempre me gusta agregar alcohol en forma de cerveza. Esto es simplemente porque me gusta el sabor que le da a la comida. Pela las zanahorias y las papas. Luego, lo que me gusta hacer es cortar aproximadamente la mitad de las zanahorias en trozos peque\u00f1os de \u00bc de pulgada de grosor y el resto aproximadamente \u00bd pulgada de grosor. Hago lo mismo con las papas. Hago esto para que los peque\u00f1os trozos se desintegren y espesen mi caldo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Luego antes de cortar el pollo aseg\u00farate de quitar el exceso de grasa. Queremos quitar s\u00f3lo los trozos grandes y queremos conservar los peque\u00f1os trozos de grasa. Estos se derriten y agregan sabor al caldo. Esperamos a que la sart\u00e9n se caliente y a\u00f1adimos el pollo. Luego doramos durante unos 2 \u00bd minutos por lado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Luego agregamos la pasta de ajo, los condimentos, el sofrito y la salsa de tomate. Cocinamos durante 5 minutos y revolvemos un par de veces. Luego revuelve bien mientras raspas con la cuchara el fondo de la sart\u00e9n. Esto es para liberar todos los trozos pegados al saltear el pollo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 6:<\/strong> Luego tapamos y cocinamos por 30 minutos. Esto ayudar\u00e1 a que se evapore gran parte del l\u00edquido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si quieres evitar la grasa del caldo, simplemente coloca una papel toalla encima y luego ret\u00edralo.
