Pero tambi\u00e9n puedes utilizar mantequilla sin sal o incluso margarina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Az\u00facar-<\/strong> Yo uso 1 \u00bd tazas de az\u00facar porque creo que es el equilibrio perfecto de dulzura. Pero algunas personas tambi\u00e9n usan m\u00e1s y menos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Extracto de almendras-<\/strong> El extracto de almendras es el sabor t\u00edpico que se utiliza, pero mas se suele usar una <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/41xCUXz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">emulsi\u00f3n de almendras<\/a>. Yo uso el extracto porque es lo que siempre tengo en mi casa para usarlo en otras recetas. Algunas personas usan mantequilla salada pero yo prefiero no hacerlo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Az\u00facar en polvo-<\/strong> Utilic\u00e9 2 libras de az\u00facar en polvo, que creo que es la cantidad perfecta. Recuerda que necesitas una buena cantidad de az\u00facar porque usamos manteca.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Extracto de almendras-<\/strong> Utilic\u00e9 extracto de almendras para mantener el sabor t\u00edpico. El primer paso es batir la mantequilla con el az\u00facar en un bowl grande. Despu\u00e9s de 5 minutos ver\u00e1s la diferencia y estar\u00e1s listo para el siguiente paso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Necesitamos separar las claras de las yemas. Aseg\u00farate de usar un taz\u00f3n grande para poner las claras. Raspamos el bowl, a\u00f1adimos el extracto y mezclamos. Luego agregamos la harina, aproximadamente \u00bd taza a la vez. Mezcl\u00e1ndolo lo suficiente. Todav\u00eda tendr\u00e1s manchas blancas de la harina y est\u00e1 bien. No queremos mezclar demasiado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Luego cogemos las claras y las batimos a punto de nieve con picos fuertes. Esto se tarda unos diez minutos. Al principio, ver\u00e1s una mezcla muy burbujeante, luego comenzar\u00e1 a cambiar de color a blanco. Lo hago agregando primero la mitad de la masa del bizcocho, la mezclo de forma envolvente como si estivuesemos doblando ambas mezclas juntas. Luego agrego el resto. Despues a\u00f1adimos la mezcla a un molde engrasado y forrado con papel de hornear. Hornea el bizcocho durante 1 hora. \u00a1No abras el horno mientras se hornea el pastel!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 6:<\/strong> Despu\u00e9s de cocinar el bizcocho, d\u00e9jalo enfriar antes de desmoldar. Luego toma un trozo grande de film transparente y coloca el pastel encima. Tenemos que cocinarlo durante 5 minutos a fuego alto. Luego lo dejamos enfriar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 8:<\/strong> Despues lentamente le hechamos el alm\u00edbar sobre el bizcocho dando vueltas en c\u00edrculos. Hazlo despacio para que el bizcocho tenga tiempo de absorberlo. Luego cubre el bizcocho con el film pl\u00e1stico. Bate a velocidad alta durante 5 minutos. Agrega el extracto de almendras y bate hasta que se incorpore. Agrega la mitad del az\u00facar en polvo y m\u00e9zcla, luego raspa el bowl y agrega la otra mitad. Tu mezcla ya se ver\u00e1 grumosa. Agrega la mitad de la leche y m\u00e9zclala, luego agrega la otra mitad. Bate por 5 minutos, hasta que quede suave y cremosa la mezcla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 10:<\/strong> Pon una punta en una manga pastelera y agrega 2 tazas de frosting. Luego agrega 2 tazas de frosting encima del pastel. Con una esp\u00e1tula, esparcelo por encima y por los lados del pastel. Luego decora con la manga pastelera haciendo como puntos grandes de manera uniforme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#dee3d9\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"tips-para-la-receta\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tips Para La Receta<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Puedes preparar el bizcocho y el frosting con d\u00edas de anticipaci\u00f3n y simplemente armarlo el d\u00eda que quieras servirlo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Puedes cortar el bizcocho para agregar capas de rellenos en el medio. Mi favorito es agregar una capa de mi <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-salsa-de-guayaba\/\">salsa de pasta de guayaba<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure
