Se hacen con aceite de achiote, arroz y carne. Estos pasteles tienen <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-carne-de-cerdo-guisada\/\">carne de cerdo guisada estilo boricua<\/a>. Pero se pueden hacer con diferentes tipos de carne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunas personas podr\u00edan pensar que comerse un pastel de arroz es lo mismo que hacer una<a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/arroz-con-salchichas-puertorriqueno\/\"> receta de arroz con salchichas<\/a> o cualquier arroz con carne. Pero en realidad no lo es y es por la forma en que se cocina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos pasteles de arroz son populares durante las navidades. Pero si no puedes conseguirlo, lo mejor es que hagas un <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-sustituto-de-sofrito-puertorriqueno\/\">sustituto del sofrito boricua<\/a> y usarlo en su lugar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Condimentos-<\/strong> Solo necesitas un paquete de saz\u00f3n y sal porque la carne le dar\u00e1 sabor al arroz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Arroz-<\/strong> Siempre utilizo arroz de grano mediano y para esta receta en particular creo que es el grano que se debe utilizar. Esto se debe a que el arroz de grano corto tiene m\u00e1s almid\u00f3n que el de grano largo, por lo que para esta receta la forma del arroz se mantendr\u00e1 mejor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aceitunas y pimiento morron-<\/strong> Estos son solo ingredientes tradicionales que agregamos para darle m\u00e1s sabor. Pero si eres una de esas personas que no soportan las aceitunas, entonces elim\u00ednalas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#dee3d9\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"sustituciones-variaciones\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" ><strong>Sustituciones &amp; Variaciones<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Arroz-<\/strong>&nbsp;Como mencion\u00e9 antes, el arroz de grano mediano es el mejor para esta receta, pero si todo lo que tienes es de grano largo, \u00fasalo. Pero otra cosa que me gusta hacer es preparar estos pasteles con los mismos ingredientes que otro plato de arroz. Me gusta mucho hacer esto con el <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-arroz-con-gandules-puertorriqueno\/\">arroz con gandules<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Carne-&nbsp;<\/strong>Las carnes m\u00e1s comunes que se usan en esta receta son cerdo o pollo, pero puedes usar cualquier otro relleno. Creo que cuanto m\u00e1s peque\u00f1a sea la carne, mejor, porque puedes agregar m\u00e1s trozos de carne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Luego en un caldero agregamos el aceite de achiote, el sofrito, la salsa de tomate y el sazon. Esto se va a sofreir por 2 minutos y luego agregamos la carne para sofre\u00edrla por 5 minutos m\u00e1s. Agregamos el aceite de achiote a fuego medio alto. Agregamos el sofrito y salteamos por un minuto y luego agregamos el arroz y los condimentos. Cocinamos el arroz por 15 minutos mientras revolvemos porque sino se pega al fondo y se quemar\u00e1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Preparamos las hojas de pl\u00e1tano amartiguandolas. Esto lo hacemos pas\u00e1ndolas por el fuego hasta que empiecen a cambiar de color, as\u00ed sabremos cu\u00e1ndo pasar a las otras partes. Tomamos aproximadamente \u00bc de cucharadita de aceite de schiote y lo esparcimos en el centro de la hoja. Agregamos 3 cucharadas de arroz y 1 de carne. Agregamos las aceitunas y un trozo de pimiento rojo. Cerramos el pastel dobl\u00e1ndolo 3 veces. Luego amarramos el pastel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 6:<\/strong> En una olla grande se ponen unas 10 tazas de agua y 2 cucharadas de sal a fuego alto. Se agregan los pasteles y se cocinan tapados durante 1 hora.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#dee3d9\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"tips-para-la-receta\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tips Para La Receta<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Uno de los pasos m\u00e1s importantes es cubrir la superficie donde vayas a trabajar con papel de peri\u00f3dico viejo, cart\u00f3n o un trozo de pl\u00e1stico. Esto se debe a que el aceite de achiote mancha casi todo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aseg\u00farate de guardar las hojas de pl\u00e1tano en un recipiente herm\u00e9tico o en una bolsa ziplock. De lo contrario, las hojas se secar\u00e1n en la nevera. Es mejor congelarlas hasta que est\u00e9s listo para usarlas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mant\u00e9n los pasteles en la nevera por no m\u00e1s de 4 d\u00edas. Es mejor congelarlos y cocinarlos siempre los d\u00edas que los quieras comer.
