Son una de las mejores cosas que puedes pedir adem\u00e1s de unas costillas desguesadas en salsa! Tambi\u00e9n hacen <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-camarones-al-ajillo\/\">camarones en salsa con ajo<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este es un homenaje a la buena <em>comida china puertorrique\u00f1a<\/em>. Yo us\u00e9 los de tama\u00f1o colosal. Necesitamos camarones grandes para que al abrirlos tengamos suficiente superficie para el empanizado. Pero si tienes camarones m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os, pues de igual manera los puedes utilizar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sal y pimienta-<\/strong> Solo necesitamos un poco de sal y pimienta, ya que los dem\u00e1s ingredientes aportan mucho sabor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cubito de pollo-<\/strong> El caldo de pollo puede sorprenderte, pero realmente ayuda a darle a los camarones un sabor muy distintivo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3XU5foP\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Ajinomoto (msg)<\/a>&#8211; <\/strong>El ajinomoto es el ingrediente que le da a la receta ese sabor \u00fanico que tiene la comida china. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Harina, maicena y polvo para hornear-<\/strong> El secreto de unos buenos camarones fritos est\u00e1 en el empanado. Usamos una mezcla de harina de todo uso como base. La maicena es la responsable de la textura crujiente. Luego, le quitamos las c\u00e1scaras. Hacemos tres cortes verticales en la parte de adentro del camaron. Esto es para eliminar la curva y poder aplanarlos. Luego, hacemos un corte la lo largo de que quede aproximadamente \u2154 de la profundidad del camar\u00f3n. Recuerda, debemos abrir el camar\u00f3n en mariposa, pero no partirlo por la mitad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Luego, sazonamos los camarones. Asegurate de que todos est\u00e9n bien sazonados. Asegurate de cubrir todos los camarones bien y despues sacude los camarones para quitarle el exceso de harina. Esto es necesario para que la masa se pegue mejor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Prepare la masa, pero aseg\u00farese de usar agua los mas fr\u00eda posible. Mant\u00e9n la cola limpia, ya que es por donde los cogeremos una vez se cocinen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 6:<\/strong> Luego, fr\u00ede los camarones en una olla grande con aceite a fuego medio-alto. El que yo regularmente compro es de la marca Accent. Si vives en Puerto Rico, esto lo puedes conseguir en casi cualquier supermercado desde Econo hasta Supermax. Si vives fuera de Puerto Rico seguramente lo consigues como ajinomoto.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tama\u00f1o de camarones:<\/strong> Us\u00e9 camarones grandes porque cuanto m\u00e1s grandes sean, mejor. As\u00ed tienes m\u00e1s espacio para la masa que es la parte rica. Pero puedes usar camarones peque\u00f1os si tienes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Congelalos:<\/strong> Si quieres guardar estos camarones para m\u00e1s tarde, te sugiero fre\u00edrlos solo 1 minuto por cada lado.
