Pero lo mejor es que puedes usar cualquier pescado. La tilapia es un excelente sustituto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Adobo-<\/strong>\u00a0El adobo es el \u00fanico condimento que usamos porque queremos que el sabor del escabeche resalte. No necesita un condimento fuerte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cebolla y pimientos<\/strong>&#8211; Tradicionalmente, solo usamos cebolla y pimiento. Puedes a\u00f1adir otras vegetales que queden bien en un escabeche, como zanahorias en rodajas finas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Escabeche-<\/strong> El escabeche es la salsa secreta que le da al pescado su sabor. Puedes cortarlos como quieras, pero a m\u00ed me gusta cortar la cebolla en media luna peque\u00f1as. Los pimientos los cort\u00e9 en rodajas finas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Luego sazonamos el pescado con el adobo. No es necesario dejarlo marinando. Luego, fre\u00edmos el pescado en una olla grande con aceite a fuego medio-alto durante 5 minutos por cada lado. En una olla mediana, a\u00f1adimos el aceite, los vegetales y las hoja de laurel. Otras preparan esta receta con d\u00edas de anticipaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, lo bueno de prepararlo con anticipaci\u00f3n es que el sabor del se intensifica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hay quienes guardan la sierra en un plato hondo, mientras que otros la guardan en un frasco grande.
