Esta receta no necesita queso ni una mezcla de carnes. Es una receta que la trate de hacer economica pero rica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas alb\u00f3ndigas en el horno se hacen con carne molida, huevos, leche, pan rallado, ajo y condimentos. Son ingredientes cotidianos que probablemente ya tengas en casa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo mejor es que estas alb\u00f3ndigas son un aperitivo y un plato principal a la vez. A m\u00ed me gusta prepararlas como aperitivo en el verano para fiestas o para la playa. Suelo a\u00f1adir unas 2 ramitas de perejil, pero puedes a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s si quieres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Carne molida<\/strong>&#8211; Aqu\u00ed es donde mi receta se diferencia de muchas otras. Esto se debe a que, en lugar de usar una combinaci\u00f3n de carnes, solo uso carne molida. Uso la carne que es 20% magra. Toda esta grasa ayuda a que las alb\u00f3ndigas queden jugosas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Huevos-<\/strong> Los huevos son importantes porque hace que la carne  permanesca compacta. Yo us\u00e9 2 huevos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leche-<\/strong> La leche es sorpresivamente buena a la hora de hacer albondigas. Esta ayuda a que sean mas jugosas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pan rallado-<\/strong> Yo us\u00e9 pan rallado normal, pero puedes usar cualquiera. Puedes usar pan rallado italiano para darle m\u00e1s sabor. O incluso puedes usar pan normal y triturarlo junto a los otros ingredientes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pasta de ajo-<\/strong> Me encanta a\u00f1adir ajo a esta receta de alb\u00f3ndigas porque le da un sabor bien rico. Realmente hace la diferencia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sal y pimienta-<\/strong> Solo necesitas sal y pimienta. Pero no te preocupes, la grasa de la carne y el ajo tambi\u00e9n le dan a\u00f1aden sabor a la receta. Si quieres a\u00f1adir cebolla u otra hierba, este es el momento de prepararla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Luego, a\u00f1ade todos los ingredientes a un bowl grande y m\u00e9zclalos. Me gusta a\u00f1adir los huevos a un lado del bowl y batirlos ligeramente. Puedes usar un <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3G32nzR\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">scoop mediano de mantecado<\/a>. Yo prefiero usar las manos. Uso 2 cucharadas de la mezcla y le doy forma a cada alb\u00f3ndiga. Precalienta el horno a 425\u00b0F.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Forra una bandeja con papel para hornear. Pon las alb\u00f3ndigas separadas por al menos 1 pulgada y horn\u00e9alas durante 24 minutos. Aseg\u00farate de darles la vuelta a la mitad del tiempo de cocci\u00f3n para que se doren uniformemente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#dee3d9\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"tips-para-la-receta\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tips Para La Receta<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Alb\u00f3ndigas a mano.<\/strong> Despues de hacer varias alb\u00f3ndigas, las manos se vuelven pegajosas, lo que dificulta darles una forma redonda y limpia. Solo tienes que enjuagarte las manos cada 4 o 5 alb\u00f3ndigas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rendimiento.<\/strong> Puedes obtener m\u00e1s o menos alb\u00f3ndigas seg\u00fan el tama\u00f1o que las hagas.
