Porque el ajo picado sabe dulce despu\u00e9s de cocinarse, mientras que la pasta le a\u00f1ade el toque picoso caracter\u00edstico del ajo freso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mantequilla-<\/strong> La mantequilla es lo que le da un toque especial. Si quieres que tu receta tenga m\u00e1s salsa, simplemente a\u00f1ade m\u00e1s mantequilla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Camarones-<\/strong> Yo us\u00e9 camarones tama\u00f1o colosal o jumbo pelados y desvenados, lo cual es una ventaja. Despu\u00e9s, puedes cortarla como yo, en gajos de \u00bd pulgada. La forma y el tama\u00f1o son solo una preferencia. Pero cuanto m\u00e1s peque\u00f1a la cocines, m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido se cocinar\u00e1 y quedar\u00e1 tierna.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Pela el ajo y p\u00edcalo. Aseg\u00farate de no cortarlo en trozos grandes, ya que queremos que se cocine y quede tierno. Queremos cocinar el ajo para que quede tierno y dulce. Ahora bien, la textura que quieras para la cebolla depender\u00e1 del momento en que la a\u00f1adas a la sart\u00e9n. Si la quieres tierna, a\u00f1\u00e1dela al principio. Si la prefieres crujiente, a\u00f1\u00e1dela con los camarones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> A\u00f1ade la pasta de ajo, los camarones y los condimentos. Cocina durante 6 minutos, 3 por lado. Importante que estes pendiente porque si dejas mucho los camores se te pasan de tiempo.
