Puedes usar la parcha fresca si consigues. El \u00fanico inconveniente es que la fruta fresca suele ser cara, dependiendo de d\u00f3nde vivas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leche de coco-<\/strong> Us\u00e9 leche de coco enlatada. En esta receta, para lograr la textura de smoothie, es mejor usar leche de coco enlatada. Puedes usar leche en cart\u00f3n, pero ese tipo de leche tiende a ser un poco aguada. Adem\u00e1s, le falta la cremosidad que suele tener la leche de coco enlatada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Crema de coco- <\/strong>La crema de coco tiene dos prop\u00f3sitos. El primero es a\u00f1adir un sabor m\u00e1s intenso a coco. El segundo es que le da dulzor porque contiene az\u00facar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Agua-<\/strong> Yo uso agua para diluir un poco la bebida porque me parece demasiado espesa para mi gusto. Pero si te gusta esa consistencia espesa, pues no le heches. La crema de coco debe ser dulce como el coco lopez. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Almacenamiento.<\/strong> Es importante saber que al enfriar el smoothie, la leche y la grasa del coco subir\u00e1n a la superficie.
