Este pan es suave, esponjoso y super rico. A m\u00ed me encanta mucho hacer este pan para mi receta de <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/como-hacer-smash-burger-receta\/\">double hamburguesa<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suelo preparar este pan cuando quiero un buen <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-sandwich-de-pollo\/\">s\u00e1ndwich de pechuga de pollo a la plancha<\/a> o una smach burger. Pero tambi\u00e9n es ideal para preparar s\u00e1ndwiches de <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-albondigas-al-horno\/\">alb\u00f3ndigas hechas al horno<\/a> o con un <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-pollo-desmenuzado\/\">pollo desmenuzado boricua<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si me sobra pan al d\u00eda siguiente, me gusta hacer un s\u00e1ndwich de desayuno. Puerto Rico conocemos como papas de cocinar o russet, pero tambi\u00e9n se pueden usar papas amarillas. Algunas personas hacen esta receta con papa majada instantanea, pero nunca lo he probado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Harina-<\/strong> Us\u00e9 harina de todo uso; no se necesita harina de pan en esta receta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Az\u00facar-<\/strong> Un poco de az\u00facar siempre es bueno para lograr el equilibrio perfecto de sabor. Adem\u00e1s del toque dulce que aporta, ayuda a que la levadura suba.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sal-<\/strong> La sal es importante para darle sabor al pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Levadura instant\u00e1nea-<\/strong> Us\u00e9 levadura instant\u00e1nea. Necesitar\u00e1s unas 2 papas peque\u00f1as aunque siempre te va a sobrar un poquito. P\u00e9lalas, l\u00e1valas y c\u00f3rtalas en cubos de \u00bd pulgada de grosor. Esc\u00farrelas, majalas y gu\u00e1rdalas para usar en la masa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> En un taz\u00f3n grande, agrega todos los ingredientes secos, la leche y la mantequilla. Amasa la masa durante 10 minutos hasta que est\u00e9 suave. Forma una bola grande con la masa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Engrasa un bowl grande y coloca la masa dentro. Engrasa la superficie de la masa y cubre el bowl con film transparente. Deja reposar la masa durante 1 hora o hasta que doble su tama\u00f1o. O simplemente div\u00eddela en la cantidad de bollitos que desees. Si los divides mas pequenos quedan como panecillos. Luego, aplana cada bolita, mete los lados hacia adentro, dale la vuelta y ru\u00e9dalo sobre la mesa para darle forma.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 6:<\/strong> Coloca todas las bolitas en una bandeja para hornear forrada. Pasale una brocha con huevo batido sobre cada pedazo de pan. Aseg\u00farate de cubrir uniformemente los bordes de la base, ya que el huevo batido le un brillo unico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 8:<\/strong> Hornea durante 12 minutos y luego voltea la bandeja para hornear durante 8 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#dee3d9\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"tips-para-la-receta\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tips Para La Receta<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Congelar. <\/strong>Puedes congelar esta receta cruda despu\u00e9s de que suba el pan o despues de haber cocinado el pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Guardar.<\/strong> Estos panes te duran hasta 5 d\u00edas. Solo gu\u00e1rdalos en un recipiente herm\u00e9tico o en una bolsa ziplock.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Toppings.<\/strong> El ingrediente m\u00e1s popular para el pan de hamburger son el <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4mDWwlt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">ajonjoli<\/a>.
