La cantidad depender\u00e1 de lo grandes o peque\u00f1as que sean. Entre ambas pechugas, fueron 1 \u00bd libra. Una buena alternativa es usar usar la pechuga que viene ya en filetes, as\u00ed te ahorras el proceso de cortar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aceite-<\/strong> El aceite tiene dos funciones. Primero, nos ayuda a distribuir mejor el condimento y ayuda a sellar el pollo. Puedes usar tu aceite preferido o mantequilla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Condimentos-<\/strong> Para los condimentos, quise usar ingredientes que casi todos tenemos ya en casa. Us\u00e9 sal, pimienta, ajo en polvo, caldo de pollo y piment\u00f3n o paprika. Puedes simplemente ponerlo en un bowl grande, agregar el aceite y todos los condimentos y mezcla. O puedes mezclar todos los condimentos con el aceite, hacer una pasta y luego sazonar todo. Si quieres ensuciar menos, hecha todo a una bolsa ziplok y mezcla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Necesitas una sart\u00e9n grande para cocinar el pollo, ya que quieres que cada pieza quede plana. Pon el fuego a medio-alto y cocina durante 10 minutos.
