Yo las uso porque es la mejor parte del pollo para hacer pollo desmenuzado. Tambi\u00e9n puedes usar pechuga de pollo si lo deseas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sofrito y salsa de tomate-<\/strong> El sofrito es el ingrediente que le da al pollo ese sabor puertorrique\u00f1o que la mayor\u00eda de las recetas tienen. Tambi\u00e9n usamos salsa de tomate, pero puedes sustituir la mitad de lo que necesitas con pasta de tomate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Condimentos-<\/strong> Usamos cubito de pollo, adobo y saz\u00f3n para darle sabor y color. Tambi\u00e9n a\u00f1adimos or\u00e9gano molido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vegetales-<\/strong> Us\u00e9 media cebolla y \u00bc de pimiento rojo y verde. Pero puedes omitir lo que no te guste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pasta de ajo-<\/strong> Siempre recomiendo usar ajo fresco.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aceite-<\/strong> El aceite se usa para sellar el pollo. Si no tienes, usa cualquier aceite de sabor neutro. En la imagen, se ve que agregu\u00e9 el aceite de achiote una vez que la mayor\u00eda de los ingredientes estaban incorporados, pero se puede agregar al principio. Solo aseg\u00farate de mezclar todo hasta que la harina se integre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Luego, coloca la masa en una superficie plana y amasa durante 10 minutos. Al terminar, debes obtener una masa suave. Una vez lista, pon la masa en un plato o bandeja para reposar. Extiende la masa hasta que tenga un grosor de aproximadamente \u215b de pulgada. M\u00e1s o menos como el grosor de 2 pesetas. Necesitas que la masa quede pareja.  No puedes hacerla muy fina porque se romper\u00e1 al doblarla. Pero tampoco es buena idea que quede muy gruesa porque quede como con mucho pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Despu\u00e9s, hacemos las plantillas o discos de pastelillo. Yo us\u00e9 una copa margarita, pero hay muchas herramientas que puedes usar para esto. Puedes usar un cortador de galletas (4 pulgadas). Primero, picamos las verduras en trozos peque\u00f1os de alrededor de \u00bc de pulgada. Cortamos en trozos peque\u00f1os para que queden muy tiernos despu\u00e9s de cocinarlos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 6:<\/strong> Despues, colocamos el pollo en un bowl, agregamos todos los condimentos y el or\u00e9gano. Mezclamos hasta que todo el pollo est\u00e9 cubierto. Una vez caliente, a\u00f1adimos la carne y la doramos durante 6 minutos por cada lado. Queremos que se doren bien, porque esto le aportar\u00e1 mucho sabor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 8:<\/strong> Luego, a\u00f1adimos los vegetales, el sofrito, la salsa de tomate y la pasta de ajo. Mezclamos bien, tapamos y dejamos cocinar durante ocho minutos. Aseg\u00farate de que el relleno de carne est\u00e9 fr\u00edo antes de a\u00f1adirlo. Esto te va a ayudar para que el vapor de la carne no te abra el pastelillo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 10:<\/strong> Luego, sella los pastelillos con la punta de los dedos.
