Tambi\u00e9n puedes usar pechuga de pollo. Pero prefiero las caderas porque son la parte m\u00e1s jugosa del pollo. Es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de preparar porque la pechuga es mas facil de que te queda seca. Adem\u00e1s, las caderas son m\u00e1s econ\u00f3micas que las pechugas. Si usas pechuga de pollo, puedes seguir los mismos pasos de cocci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Base puertorrique\u00f1a-<\/strong> Para darle el sabor puertorrique\u00f1o, usamos sofrito, adobo, saz\u00f3n y salsa de tomate. El sofrito aporta mucho sabor porque es una mezcla de vegetales licuados. El adobo con el saz\u00f3n le da sabor y color. La salsa de tomate siempre es imprescindible, pero puedes usar pasta de tomate en su lugar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Condimentos-<\/strong> A\u00f1adimos cubito de pollo y or\u00e9gano.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vegetales-<\/strong> Aqu\u00ed us\u00e9 un trozo de pimiento verde y rojo y media cebolla, pero puedes quitar cualquiera de ellos si lo deseas. Tambi\u00e9n puedes agregar m\u00e1s vegetales si lo deseas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pasta de ajo- <\/strong>El ajo le da un sabor bien rico. Siempre que puedo, prefiero usar ajo fresco. Haz lo mismo con los pimientos y todos los vegetales que a\u00f1adas. Si cortas los vegetales en trozos peque\u00f1os, quedar\u00e1n s\u00faper tiernos al cocinarlos. Si las cortas en trozos m\u00e1s grandes, quedar\u00e1n crujientes despu\u00e9s de la cocci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Siempre me gusta quitar toda la grasa sobrante de la carne. Si usas las manos, ten en cuenta que el saz\u00f3n mancha las manos sino te las lavas rapido. L\u00e1vate las manos r\u00e1pidamente despu\u00e9s de mezclar el pollo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Luego, en una sart\u00e9n grande, agregamos el aceite para sellar el pollo durante 12 minutos. Esto se hace a fuego alto para que el pollo quede bien dorado. Mezcla todo y cocina durante 8 minutos m\u00e1s, tapa, y baja el fuego a medio-alto. Aqu\u00ed es donde el pollo se cocinar\u00e1 por dentro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 6: <\/strong>Deja enfriar el pollo y luego desmen\u00fazalo.
