Est\u00e1 hecha con una sabrosa <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-pechuga-a-la-plancha\/\">pechuga al sart\u00e9n<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n lleva<strong> <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/amarillos-platanos-maduros\/\">pl\u00e1tanos maduros puertorrique\u00f1os<\/a>. Son suaves por dentro y crujientes por los bordes. Puedes usar la que mas te guste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pollo-<\/strong> Us\u00e9 mi receta de pollo a la plancha, pero hay infinitas opciones de prote\u00ednas que puedes usar. A continuaci\u00f3n, te dejo una lista de opciones en las sustituciones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pl\u00e1tanos maduros-<\/strong> Los amarillos, como se les llama en Puerto Rico, son el toque especial de la ensalada. Son el toque dulce que equilibra el sabor salado. Cr\u00e9eme, este es el ingrediente que debes asegurarte de tener.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Verduras-<\/strong> Yo uso tomate, zanahoria y cebolla lila. Esto es, por supuesto, solo una preferencia. As\u00ed que puedes elegir qu\u00e9 agregar. Por ejemplo, si no te gusta la cebolla roja porque es demasiado fuerte, puedes usar cebolla blanca.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Habichuelas- <\/strong>Estas habichuelas rositas \u200b\u200bson uno de esos ingredientes b\u00e1sicos de la cocina puertorrique\u00f1a. Cuando se a\u00f1aden habichuelas a una ensalada, siempre pienso que la hacen m\u00e1s rica. Puedes elegir tu tipo favorito, pero las rositas \u200b\u200bo incluso las habichuelas negros siempre son mis favoritas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Queso-<\/strong> Us\u00e9 queso cheddar rallado. Me gusta este queso porque el sabor no es demasiado fuerte y no le quita sabor al pollo ni a los pl\u00e1tanos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#dee3d9\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"opciones-para-sustituir\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" ><strong>Opciones Para Sustituir<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lechugas-<\/strong> No vas a fallar con ninguna de las lechugas que uses. Puedes usar lechuga americana, espinaca, arucula o tu favorita.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pl\u00e1tanos maduros- <\/strong>Si no encuentras amarillos, la verdura con el sabor m\u00e1s parecido que puedes usar es la batata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Verduras<\/strong>&#8211; Si tengo, me encanta a\u00f1adir ma\u00edz. Si quieres una opci\u00f3n f\u00e1cil, a\u00f1ade una lata de vegetales mixtos. Aseg\u00farate de escurrir antes de a\u00f1adirlos. Otra verdura que combina bien es\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Toppings-<\/strong> Mis favoritos son los cl\u00e1sicos crutones, o si tengo, uso <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/como-hacer-platanutres\/\">chips de pl\u00e1tano<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aderezos- <\/strong>Aunque no us\u00e9 aderezo, hay muchas buenas opciones seg\u00fan tus preferencias.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Carnes<\/strong>&#8211; Puedes seguir con el sabor puertorrique\u00f1o y preparar un <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-pollo-desmenuzado\/\">pollo desmenuzado puertorrique\u00f1o<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/pollo-asado\/\">pollo entero a la braza<\/a> como otra opci\u00f3n. Para mariscos, prepara <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-camarones-fritos\/\">camarones al tempura<\/a>. Corta los extremos de la lechuga romana y corta el resto en trozos de \u00bd a 1 pulgada. Recuerda que puedes cortar todos los vegetales a tu gusto. Corta los amarillos en cubos peque\u00f1os.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Lava y pela las zanahorias. R\u00e1llalas con el lado grueso del rallador. Pela la cebolla y c\u00f3rtala en rodajas del amano que prefieras. Aplana cada trozo con un mazo de carne o un cucharon pesado. Agrega el aceite a la carne y sazona. Usa un sart\u00e9n grande a y pon el fuego medio-alto. Epera a que se caliente para agregar el pollo. Cocina durante 5 minutos por lado. Corta el pollo en tiras o en cubos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> En un plato grande o bowl, anadele la lechuga y luego los demas ingredientes cortados. Puedes acomodar la ensalada como prefieras o, como hice yo, simplemente poner todo en bonches.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\"
