As\u00ed que cuando por fin hice las <strong>Tortillas de Pl\u00e1tano<\/strong>, \u00a1me enamor\u00e9!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me gustan porque son un poco m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles de hacer que las t\u00edpicas tortillas de harina. \u00a1Tan f\u00e1ciles como las <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-tortillas-de-yuca\/\">tortillas hechas con yuca<\/a>, porque solo se hierven, se machacan y listo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prefiero hacer las plantillas para el amuerzo o la cena. Ahora bien, el sabor de las tortillas depender\u00e1 de qu\u00e9 tan verdes est\u00e9n. Cuanto m\u00e1s amarillos est\u00e9n, m\u00e1s dulces ser\u00e1n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sal-<\/strong> Siempre necesitas un poco de sal, incluso si quieres hacer tortillas m\u00e1s dulces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aceite-<\/strong> Yo siempre uso aceite vegetal, pero puedes usar aceite de coco o incluso aceite de aguacate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Agua- <\/strong>Necesitas 4 tazas de agua para hervir el pl\u00e1tano. Puedes usar ajo o cebolla en polvo para darle un toque m\u00e1s sabroso. O incluso a\u00f1adir hojuelas de pimiento rojo o pimienta de cayena si quieres hacer tortillas picantes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hierbas.<\/strong> Puedes a\u00f1adir casi cualquier hierba que te guste a esta receta, pero no a\u00f1adas demasiada para que no opaque el sabor de la yuca. Luego, c\u00f3rtalos en trozos de unos 2 pulgadas de grosor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Hierve los pl\u00e1tanos durante 20 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9n tiernos. No le a\u00f1adas sal al agua, ya que la a\u00f1adiremos m\u00e1s tarde. Us\u00e9 un machacador de papas, pero puedes usar un procesador de alimentos. Una vez machacados, agrega la sal y el aceite y vuelve a majar hasta que todo el aceite se integre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Divide la masa en 10 porciones iguales y forma una bola. Toma un pedazo de film pl\u00e1stico o una bolsa ziplock, c\u00f3rtala por la mitad y coloca la bola de pl\u00e1tano en el centro. Aplana cada bola hasta que la tortilla tenga aproximadamente \u215b de pulgada de grosor. Que no esten muy gorditas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 6:<\/strong> En una sart\u00e9n grande a fuego medio-alto, cocina las tortillas durante unos 4 minutos por cada las tortillas en el horno a 350\u00b0F durante unos 15-20 minutos, pero aseg\u00farate de voltearlas a la mitad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuidado con hacer las tortillas demasiado delgadas, ya que se rompen
