Ni siquiera sab\u00eda que exist\u00eda la <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/44Gf4dE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">prensa para hamburguesas<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy en d\u00eda, son una de mis comidas favoritas para el verano. Lo que quiere decir que la carne tiene 20% de grasa. No es necesario hacer una mezcla especial de diferentes tipos de carne. La carne molida 80\/20 tiene suficiente grasa para mantener la carne jugosa y darle sabor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Condimentos-<\/strong> Preparo una mezcla especial para sazonar hamburguesas con solo sal, ajinomoto (glutamato monos\u00f3dico) que le da un sabor rico, pimienta negra y ajo en polvo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pan-<\/strong> Us\u00e9 pan brioche, pero puedes usar cualquier pan que tengas en casa. Yo uso un pan brioche o un <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-pan-de-papa\/\">pan de papa de hamburguesa<\/a>. Incluso puedes usar pan de slice si es lo \u00fanico que tienes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Salsa-<\/strong> Us\u00e9 una mezcla cl\u00e1sica de 2 partes de mayonesa y 1 parte de k\u00e9tchup. Estos son los 2 condimentos m\u00e1s usados \u200b\u200ben los hamburgers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Queso-<\/strong> El queso m\u00e1s com\u00fan es el americano, pero mi favorito es el queso cheddar en slice o queso de papa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#dee3d9\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"variaciones-de-hamburger\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" ><strong>Variaciones de Hamburger<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ensalada- <\/strong>\u00a1Puedes preparar una ensalada de hambur sin pan! Luego, puedes agregar crutones y tu aderezo favorito.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vegetales-<\/strong> Puedes agregar los topping clasicos como la lechuga, tomate, cebolla y pepinillos para hacer una hamburguesa smash supreme. Tambi\u00e9n puedes a\u00f1adir bacon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le doy mi toque puertorrique\u00f1o al preparar un smash burger de <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-pastelon-puertorriqueno\/\">pastel\u00f3n de pl\u00e1tano dulce<\/a>. Le agrego huevo y pl\u00e1tano dulce. Despu\u00e9s, lo que hago es poner la mezcla en un frasco o en cualquier botella vac\u00eda. As\u00ed ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil espolvorearla sobre la carne. Tambi\u00e9n puedes usar el adobo que quieras para sazonar la carne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Prepare la salsa mezclando la mayonesa con el k\u00e9tchup. Si te gusta la mostaza, puede a\u00f1adir una cucharada. Puedes hacerlo a ojo o pes\u00e1ndola. Guarda las bolas en la nevera hasta que est\u00e9s listo para cocinarlas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Precalienta una plancha o sart\u00e9n a fuego alto y espera a que se caliente. Coloca un trozo de papel vegetal o para hornear entre la carne y la prensa para que no se pegue. Pon las carnes en la plancha con una separaci\u00f3n m\u00ednima de 4 pulgadas para que no se peguen al aplastarlas. Voltear la carne y cocina durante 45 segundos m\u00e1s.
