Igual que los <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-cinnamon-rolls-de-coco\/\">cinnamon rolls con coco<\/a>. A menos que seas el tipo de persona que prefiere las <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/recetas-de-tostadas-francesas-de-coco\/\">tostadas francesas con leche de coco<\/a> o el <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/pancake-holandes\/\">pancake holandes con leche de coco<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta receta la hice porque buscaba algo con sabores tropicales como el coco. Lo mejor es que no necesitas cocos frescos. \u00a1Porque la leche enlatada es perfecta!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mayor\u00eda de las veces que he hecho esta receta, ha sido para desayunar. En un bowl grande, me gusta batir primero el huevo para no mezclar demasiado la masa. Luego a\u00f1ado la crema de coco, la leche y mezclo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Luego, a\u00f1ade el polvo para hornear, la sal y la harina, y mezcla solo hasta que la harina se integre. Sube el fuego a medio-alto. Luego, agrega \u00bc de taza de masa por cada pancake que quieras preparar. Una vez que la guardes en la nevera, se endurecer\u00e1 debido a la grasa de la leche de coco. As\u00ed que dejala a temperatura ambiente por un ratito, despu\u00e9s agrega 1 cucharada de agua y mezcla antes de usar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Toppings-<\/strong> Puedes agregar toppings dentro de la masa o solo por encima. Lo mejor es el coco rallado. Tambi\u00e9n puedes agregar nueces o frutas. Pero cuando quiero hacer pancakes de postre, les pongo una bola de <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-helado-de-coco-de-puerto-rico\/\">mantecadito de coco puertorrique\u00f1o<\/a> por encima.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Congelar- <\/strong>Lo mejor de esta receta es que puedes congelar los pancakes ya cocidos. Solo aseg\u00farate de guardarlos en un recipiente con tapa o envolverlos en film transparente y luego guardarlos en una bolsa ziplok.
