Sin embargo, yo la prepar\u00e9 porque ten\u00eda antojo de comida de fast food de Puerto Rico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1Ten\u00eda antojo de una papa majada con gravy de Church&#8217;s Chicken! Cr\u00e9eme, esta receta no me decepcion\u00f3. Esto se debe a que usaremos cubito de pollo para prepararla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Maicena-<\/strong> El prop\u00f3sito de usar maicena es espesar la salsa. Algunas personas tambi\u00e9n usan harina de todo, lo cual est\u00e1 bien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cubito de pollo-<\/strong> Como esto es un gravy de pollo, us\u00e9 solo cubito de pollo. Pero puedes usar mitad cubito de pollo y mitad de res. Esto es para evitar que se formen grumos en la salsa. Puedes simplemente hechar todo en la olla, pero aseg\u00farate de que est\u00e9 muy bien mezclado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> En una cacerola peque\u00f1a a fuego medio-alto, agrega el agua, el cubito y la pimienta negra. Una vez que no quede maicena en el fondo de la taza, agr\u00e9gala a la olla poco a poco mientras mezclas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Sigue mezclando y cocinando durante 4 minutos o hasta que veas que tienes la consistencia que buscas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#dee3d9\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"tips-para-la-receta\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tips Para La Receta<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Grasa de pollo.<\/strong> Si tienes como yo le digo, el juguito de un pollo cocido que quieras usar para hacer el gravy, sustit\u00faye por agua en la receta. No a\u00f1adas el cubito. Solo a\u00f1ada sal al gusto si es necesario.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gravy m\u00e1s espeso.<\/strong> Sugiero no a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s maicena ni harina para espesarlo. Esto se debe a que la receta empezar\u00e1 a tener un sabor m\u00e1s a tiza como un sabor pastoso. Prefiero espesarlo cocin\u00e1ndo m\u00e1s tiempo hasta que alcance la consistencia deseada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gravy picante.<\/strong> Si te gusta el <em>gravy picante<\/em>, puedes a\u00f1adir tu salsa picante favorita o usar \u00bc de cucharadita de pimienta de cayena.
