Es diferente. La harina de yuca se elabora con el vegetal entero, mientras que la de tapioca se elabora \u00fanicamente con el almid\u00f3n. Puedes encontrar la harina de tapioca junto a las harinas especiales en el supermercado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sal-<\/strong> Solo necesitamos un poco de sal en esta receta, ya que el queso tambi\u00e9n le da un toque salado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Agua, leche y aceite-<\/strong> Usamos partes iguales de agua, leche y aceite. Yo us\u00e9 aceite vegetal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Huevo-<\/strong> Algunas recetas a\u00f1aden 2 huevos al hacer este pan de queso. Yo solo a\u00f1ado un huevo grande. Si solo tengo huevos muy peque\u00f1os, a\u00f1ado 2.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Queso-<\/strong> Dependiendo de a qui\u00e9n le pregunte, el queso que prefiera puede variar. En Brasil, usan <em>queijo minas<\/em> o algo similar. Pero para el resto de nosotros, tenemos que usar lo que tenemos. Tambi\u00e9n he hecho la receta sin hervir, solo con l\u00edquido tibio, y la diferencia est\u00e1 en c\u00f3mo queda la masa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> En un bowl grande, agrega la harina, la sal y los l\u00edquidos calientes. Mezcla hasta que la mayor parte del l\u00edquido se absorba. Dependiendo de la temperatura de los l\u00edquidos, la masa tendr\u00e1 una textura muy pegajosa o, si est\u00e1 m\u00e1s fr\u00eda, se desmenuzar\u00e1. Luego, agrega el huevo y m\u00e9zclalo. As\u00ed que lo primero que debes hacer es engrasarte las manos o humedecerlas con agua. Luego, toma aproximadamente \u00bc de taza de masa y forma una bola. Yo uso un scoop de mantecado para hacer bolas uniformes, adem\u00e1s de que es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil darles forma. Dale forma y col\u00f3cala en una bandeja. No necesitas papel de vegetal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Precalienta el horno a 425\u00b0F. Una vez caliente, hornea durante 25 minutos. Otros lo hacen en bolitas y otros m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os o grandes, como en esta receta. Puedes darle la forma que prefieras.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Almacenamiento.<\/strong> Siempre guarda en una bolsa ziplock o en cualquier recipiente herm\u00e9tico.
