Tambi\u00e9n se usa como topping una vez que la sopa est\u00e1 lista. Si prefieres evitar el tocino, puedes usar aceite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vegetales-<\/strong> Us\u00e9 papas de cocinar (russet), pero en esta receta, casi cualquier papa funciona, como las amarillas o las Yukon Gold. Us\u00e9 cebolla, apio y zanahoria como base. Tambi\u00e9n agregu\u00e9 un poco de ajo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Condimentos-<\/strong> Us\u00e9 sal y pimienta. Esto, por supuesto, depende de tus preferencias o necesidades. El sabor que le da a la sopa es \u00fanico y delicioso. Para un toque picante, puedes agregar pique o \u00bc de cucharadita de pimienta de cayena. Las caderas de pollo son una buena opci\u00f3n porque no se secan tan r\u00e1pido al cocinarlas. No demasiado grandes para que queden tiernas. Pero si las cortas demasiado peque\u00f1as, se desintegrar\u00e1n. Ret\u00edralo de la olla para usarlo m\u00e1s tarde.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Sofr\u00ede los vegetales en la grasa del tocino durante 2 minutos.
