No te preocupes si no te gusta la cebolla, porque al final de la sopa no la notar\u00e1s. El ajo le dar\u00e1 mucho sabor, as\u00ed que no lo omitas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Br\u00f3coli y zanahorias-<\/strong> Us\u00e9 zanahorias frescas y br\u00f3coli congelado. Lo mejor de esta receta es que puedes usar ambas verduras, frescas o congeladas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Condimentos-<\/strong> Los condimentos son muy sencillos. Solo necesitas sal, pimienta y paprika para darle color. Tambi\u00e9n usamos cubito de pollo porque a\u00f1adimos agua, no caldo de pollo. Pero si tienes caldo de pollo, ajusta la sal al gusto y retira el caldo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L\u00edquidos-<\/strong> Usamos agua, heavy para espesar y leche evaporada. Puedes usar leche normal, pero la leche evaporada mejora la cremosidad de la sopa. Yo us\u00e9 un rallador de mano, pero tambi\u00e9n puedes usar un procesador de alimentos con accesorio rallador si tienes uno. Luego, sofrie durante 2 minutos. Sofreir los vegetales primero le dar\u00e1 m\u00e1s sabor que simplemente mezclar todo. Agrega la harina y cocina durante 2 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> A\u00f1ade el br\u00f3coli, el agua, la leche, el heavy cream y revuelve. Cocina durante 20 minutos y luego lic\u00faa aproximadamente la mitad de la sopa. Termina de cocinar durante 10 minutos o hasta que alcance la consistencia deseada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#dee3d9\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"tips-para-la-receta\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tips Para La Receta<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vegetales.<\/strong> Puedes a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s vegetales a esta sopa de br\u00f3coli. Algunas opciones son los champi\u00f1ones y el ma\u00edz. Las papas tambi\u00e9n son una buena adici\u00f3n. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Textura de la sopa.<\/strong> Licu\u00e9 aproximadamente la mitad de la sopa para que quedara m\u00e1s espesa y mucho m\u00e1s suave. Pero puedes optar por no licuarla o licuarla completamente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ingredientes.<\/strong> Uno de mis ingredientes favoritos es el tocino. Adem\u00e1s, puedes usar la grasa del tocino para saltear los vegetales y darle a la sopa un sabor m\u00e1s rico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Congelaci\u00f3n.<\/strong> S\u00e9 que mucha gente congela esta sopa, pero a m\u00ed no me gusta.
