Si el tuyo es m\u00e1s grande, tendr\u00e1s que ajustar el tiempo de cocci\u00f3n y los condimentos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mantequilla-<\/strong> La mantequilla ayuda a que el pavo quede jugoso. En este caso, la mantequilla funciona mejor que el aceite para la mezcla de condimentos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Condimentos-<\/strong> Usamos los mismos condimentos que uso regularmente para hacer un pernil. Use sal, adobo, saz\u00f3n, tomillo y or\u00e9gano.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ajo-<\/strong> Siempre que puedo, uso pasta de ajo fresco. Secar la piel del pavo facilitar\u00e1 untarle la mantequilla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Levanta la piel del pavo para poder a\u00f1adir los condimentos por debajo. Coloca el pavo con la parte superior de la pechuga hacia abajo sobre una bandeja para hornear con rejilla. Se cocinar\u00e1 durante 1 hora. Las marcas de la rejilla dejar\u00e1n marcas en el pavo, as\u00ed que para evitarlo, puedes poner en la rejilla dos capas de papel aluminio entre el pavo y la rejilla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 6:<\/strong> Baja la temperatura a 350 \u00b0F, da la vuelta al pavo y termina de cocinarlo durante 2 horas. Deja reposar el pavo durante 20 minutos. Quedar\u00e1 delicioso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sobras.<\/strong> Puedes congelar las sobras y luego usarlas para preparar un s\u00e1ndwich de pavo, un burrito de pavo o simplemente a\u00f1adirlas a
