Tambi\u00e9n puedes a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s vegetales como zanahorias y hongos si lo deseas. A\u00f1ade vegetales que se ablanden f\u00e1cilmente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sofrito y salsa de tomate-<\/strong> Utilic\u00e9 salsa de tomate, que se puede sustituir por pasta de tomate. Tambi\u00e9n utilizo sofrito para darle m\u00e1s sabor a la carne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Carne molida-<\/strong> Utilic\u00e9 carne molida 70\/30. Puedes usar carne molida magra si lo prefieres, pero a m\u00ed me gusta el sabor que aporta la carne 70\/30. La \u00fanica desventaja de usar carne con mucha grasa es que tendr\u00e1 m\u00e1s grasa sobrante que tendr\u00e1s que retirar despu\u00e9s de cocinarla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Condimentos-<\/strong> Utilic\u00e9 adobo y saz\u00f3n para la carne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Salsa roja para pasta-<\/strong> Puedes usar tu marca favorita como Ragu o Preggo. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Quesos- <\/strong>Utilizo una mezcla de queso mozzarella y parmesano rallados. Empieza pelando la cebolla. Pica la cebolla y los pimientos verdes en cubos peque\u00f1os.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> En una sart\u00e9n grande, a\u00f1ade el aceite, la cebolla y el pimiento. Saltea durante 3 minutos. La cebolla debe estar transl\u00facida y ya tener un poco de colorcito. Separa la carne mientras se cocina durante 8 minutos. Luego, retira el exceso de grasa de la carne col\u00e1ndola o simplemente con una cuchara. Tambi\u00e9n puedes absorber toda la grasa con papel toalla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Reduce el fuego a medio-alto, a\u00f1ade la salsa para pasta y cocina durante 6 minutos. Tambi\u00e9n a\u00f1ade sal al agua para que tenga un ligero sabor salado. Sube el fuego a alto y, una vez que el agua hierva, a\u00f1ade la pasta. Cocina durante 12 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 6:<\/strong> Una vez que la pasta est\u00e9 lista, esc\u00farrela y p\u00e1sala por agua fr\u00eda. Esto detendr\u00e1 la cocci\u00f3n. Lo que yo prefiero hacer es poner la pasta plana en una bandeja, pero aseg\u00farate de que no queden una encima de otra. En la primera capa, coloca 3 l\u00e1minas, luego 2, y repite el proceso. Esto es para que no se peguen. Primero, en una sart\u00e9n peque\u00f1a a fuego medio-alto, agrega la mantequilla. Cocina durante 30 segundos, revolviendo constantemente, o hasta que la mantequilla se derrita. Luego, agrega la harina y cocina durante 1 minuto y 30 segundos, revolviendo constantemente. Luego, sin dejar de remover, agrega la leche poco a poco.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 8:<\/strong> Cocina durante 8 minutos, revolviendo constantemente para evitar grumos y que la salsa no se queme. Luego,  en un molde para hornear de 9&#215;13 o el tama\u00f1o que tengas. Agrega \u00bd taza de la salsa de queso al fondo del molde. Luego, 3 l\u00e1minas de pasta y encima la mitad de la mezcla de carne. Vierte \u00bd taza de la salsa sobre la carne, agrega \u2153 del queso parmesano y aproximadamente 1 onza de queso mozzarella. Para evitarlo, puedes rociar el papel de aluminio con aceite en spray. A m\u00ed me gusta doblar el aluminio por la mitad y colocarlo de forma que el centro no toque la lasa\u00f1a.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n con antelaci\u00f3n.<\/strong> Al preparar esta
