El ajo en frasco tiene un sabor muy distintivo que el ajo fresco no tiene. Por eso recomiendo usar ajo fresco.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mantequilla-<\/strong> Us\u00e9 dos barras enteras de mantequilla sin sal. Mucha gente usa menos, pero creo que esto depende del tipo de pan que uses. Si usas un pan con poca pulpa, como un baguette, usar\u00e1s menos mantequilla. Pero si es un pan italiano, con mucha pulpa, necesitar\u00e1s toda esa mantequilla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Perejil-<\/strong> El perejil le da un toque agradable a la mezcla de la mantequilla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Condimentos-<\/strong> Us\u00e9 sal porque la mantequilla no ten\u00eda sal. Tambi\u00e9n us\u00e9 ajo en polvo para darle un sabor m\u00e1s intenso a ajo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pan-<\/strong> Use un pan italiano porque era el que ten\u00eda, pero esto funciona con muchos tipos de pan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#dee3d9\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"ajo-variaciones\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" ><strong>Ajo &amp; Variaciones<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ajo.<\/strong> El sabor del pan terminado cambiar\u00e1 seg\u00fan c\u00f3mo uses el ajo. Si usas ajo confitado (ajo cocido en aceite), le dar\u00e1 al pan un sabor ligeramente dulce y suave. Si usas pasta de ajo fresca, tendr\u00e1 un sabor intenso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Toppings.<\/strong> Buenas opciones son tomillo fresco, romero o un toque de or\u00e9gano. Tambi\u00e9n puedes agregar queso para hacer un pan de ajo con queso. Pela y pica el ajo en trozos peque\u00f1os. No es necesario que sean muy peque\u00f1os, ya que queremos que conserven algo de textura despu\u00e9s de hornearlos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> En un taz\u00f3n peque\u00f1o, agrega el ajo, el perejil, la mantequilla y los condimentos. Puedes procesar todo esto en un procesador de alimentos. Luego unta la mantequilla entre todas los pedazos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Coloca el pan en una bandeja y horn\u00e9alo durante 20 minutos en la rejilla superior. Simplemente pon una sart\u00e9n grande a fuego medio y coc\u00ednalo durante unos 8 minutos. El ajo se caramelizar\u00e1 y quedar\u00e1 delicioso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pan de ajo en el air fryer.<\/strong> Esta receta tambi\u00e9n es apta para el air fryer. Simplemente precalienta la freidora a 400 \u00b0F y cocina durante 5 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Consejos para preparar con anticipaci\u00f3n y congelar.<\/strong> Puedes prepararlo con anticipaci\u00f3n y guardarlo cocido; solo dale la mitad del tiempo. Luego, deja que el pan se enfr\u00ede por completo y gu\u00e1rdalo en una bolsa para ziploc.
