Lo mejor de usar tocineta es que no necesitas a\u00f1adir mantequilla, ya que usamos la grasa para el roux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cebolla y ajo-<\/strong> La cebolla y el ajo le dan sabor a la croqueta. Al final, ni siquiera notar\u00e1s la cebolla ni el ajo, solo sentiras el sabor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Harina-<\/strong> Solo necesitas harina de todo uso. En esta receta, usamos la misma cantidad de harina que de grasa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leche y nata o heavy cream- <\/strong>Algunas personas solo usan leche, pero la combinaci\u00f3n de leche y el heavy cream hace que el centro de las croquetas sea m\u00e1s cremoso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Queso parmesano-<\/strong> Este queso es perfecto porque le da un toque salado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pan rallado y huevos-<\/strong> Usa un pan rallado fino para que sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil cubrir las croquetas. Si no encuentras jam\u00f3n cerrano, usa prosciutto. O usa pollo desmenuzado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Variedad de sabores.<\/strong> La mejor manera de darle m\u00e1s sabor a las croquetas es infusionando la leche. Puedes hacerlo hirviendo a fuego lento la leche con los huesos. Pela y pica la cebolla en cubos peque\u00f1os. Deben ser lo suficientemente peque\u00f1os para que no sobresalgan de las croquetas. Pela y pica el ajo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Corta el bacon en trozos peque\u00f1os de aproximadamente \u00bd pulgada de grosor. Debe quedar bien doradito y crujiente. Revuelve constantemente para que se cocine uniformemente. Luego, ret\u00edralo del aceite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> A\u00f1ade la cebolla y el ajo sin sacar el aceite. Deja que la cebolla se ablande y cocina durante 5 minutos. Cocina la harina durante 2 minutos. Esto se hace para evitar el sabor a tiza de la harina cruda. Debe tener un aspecto similar a la arena h\u00fameda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 6:<\/strong> A\u00f1ade la leche poco a poco mientras mezclas. Notar\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente c\u00f3mo se convierte en una pasta. Notar\u00e1s que la mezcla empieza a espesarse, casi como una masa para pancakes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 8:<\/strong> Apaga el fuego, agrega el bacon, el queso y el condimento. Deja enfriar el sart\u00e9n a temperatura ambiente y c\u00fabrela con film transparente. Col\u00f3cala justo encima de la mezcla para evitar que se forme una costra. Puedes hacerlo de diferentes maneras: con scoop de mantecado, una cuchara o simplemente con las manos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 10:<\/strong> La mezcla estar\u00e1 pegajosa, as\u00ed que aseg\u00farate de engrasarte las manos antes de darle forma. Dale forma a las croquetas y d\u00e9jalas enfriar en la nevera al menos 30 minutos para que queden m\u00e1s firmes. Rebozar cada bolita primero en los huevos y luego en el pan rallado. Colocalas en una bandeja y dejarlas enfriar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 12:<\/strong> En un sart\u00e9n mediano, a fuego alto, agrega el aceite. Deja que se caliente y fr\u00ede las croquetas durante aproximadamente 1 minuto por lado o hasta que est\u00e9n doradas. Pero aseg\u00farate de no fre\u00edr demasiadas a la vez, ya que se bajara la temperatura del aceite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es mejor si las comes fresquesitas justo despu\u00e9s de
