Prefiero usar 1 \u00bc tazas de agua por taza de arroz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sal-<\/strong> Me gusta agregar un poco de sal, pero si por alguna raz\u00f3n debes limitar tu consumo de sal, puedes omitirla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Arroz-<\/strong> Yo siempre uso arroz de grano medio que es el tipo que normalmente usamos en Puerto Rico. La marca realmente no es importante, pero mi favorito es Arroz Rico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#dee3d9\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"proporcion-de-agua-para-arroz\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Proporci\u00f3n de agua para arroz<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2 tazas de agua + 2 tazas de arroz:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Resultado:<\/strong> Con esta proporci\u00f3n se obtiene un arroz muy granulado y que puede quedar duro en algunas partes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Usos:<\/strong> A menos que te guste el arroz duro lo mejor es arreglarlo. \u00a1Todo lo que tienes que hacer es agregar m\u00e1s agua y cocinar un poco m\u00e1s!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4 tazas de agua + 2 tazas de arroz <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Resultado:<\/strong> Esta raci\u00f3n produce un arroz m\u00e1s pegajoso, casi como un estilo asi\u00e1tico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Usos:<\/strong> Prepare recetas deliciosas como rollos de sushi,  burrito bowls o croquetas de arroz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2 \u00bd tazas de agua + 2 tazas de arroz <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Resultado: <\/strong>Esta es la proporci\u00f3n que se utiliza para hacer arroz blanco al estilo puertorrique\u00f1o. Es esponjoso con granos bien sueltecitos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Usos:<\/strong> \u00daselo como acompa\u00f1amiento de cualquier plato. No es necesario lavar el arroz pero es una buena pr\u00e1ctica quitarle la suciedad que pueda tener. Lava el arroz hasta que el agua salga clara o omite este paso si no lo lavas el arroz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Agrega tu aceite, agua y sal a tu caldero, y una vez que el agua hierva agrega tu arroz. Un peque\u00f1o truco que me gusta hacer para saber si queda agua sin quitar la tapa es sostener una cuchara sobre la tapa. Si no siente ninguna vibraci\u00f3n, significa que se ha evaporado la mayor parte del agua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Una vez que se haya acabado casi toda el agua, revuelve el arroz. Me gusta hacer una peque\u00f1a c\u00fapula en el medio para que se pegue menos arroz a los lados y se cocine mejor. Tapa nuevamente y termina de cocinar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"como-hacer-pegao\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo hacer pegao?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El pegao no es algo que se haga intencionalmente, sino que se hace mientras de cocina el arroz en un caldero. El arroz se pega al fondo de la sart\u00e9n dando como resultado un color marr\u00f3n duro y crujiente. Yo la caliento durante 3 minutos en el microondas. Esto ayuda a que el arroz se cocine bien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2: <\/strong>Agrega el arroz y la sal, revuelve y deja cocinar.
