Tienen una textura tierna muy suave y riqu\u00edsima.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>Mofongo Puertorrique\u00f1o<\/strong> es uno de los platos puertorrique\u00f1os m\u00e1s populares que existen. Puedes encontrarlo pr\u00e1cticamente en cualquier lugar de la isla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tradicionalmente se sirve con una <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-ensalada-verde\/\">ensalada de lechuga<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/mayoketchup\/\">salsa mayoketchup<\/a> y algun tipo de carne. Puedes evitar el uso de aceite cocinando los pl\u00e1tanos en una freidora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pl\u00e1tanos\u2013<\/strong> Los pl\u00e1tanos deben estar lo m\u00e1s verdes posible. Si son incluso un poco amarillos, cambiar\u00e1 el sabor sabroso a uno m\u00e1s dulce. No est\u00e1 mal, pero simplemente ser\u00e1 diferente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ajo-<\/strong> us\u00e9 \u00bd cucharadita de ajo para comenzar, pero siempre puedes agregar m\u00e1s. Lo dejar\u00e1 tierno y suave. Pero tambi\u00e9n a\u00f1ade un delicioso sabor. Agrega todos los pl\u00e1tanos, los condimentos y el ajo. Tritura hasta tener una consistencia m\u00e1s suave.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Ahora el \u00faltimo paso es agregar la mantequilla y triturar hasta que quede suave como una consistencia Play-Doh. El mofongo no debe tener una consistencia grumosa. Si es as\u00ed, sigue machacando.
