Esta es otra forma s\u00faper deliciosa de comer berenjenas y un delicioso bacalao salado. Recuerdo que cuando estaba en la escuela, mi abuela me hac\u00eda esto casi todos los mi\u00e9rcoles con <em>guineitos sancochaos<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El bacalao con berenjena es un guiso que queda rico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta es una de las recetas que son muy populares durante la semana santa junto con un <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-arroz-con-jueyes\/\">arroz con jueyes boricua<\/a>, la <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/tilapia-frita\/\">tilapia frita empanada<\/a> y la <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/ensalada-de-bacalao\/\">serenata de bacalao boricua<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puedes servir este bacalao guisado sobre verduras como papas o yuca. Algunas personas hacen este proceso de manera diferente, desalinizando durante la noche y cambiando el agua un par de veces. Pero encuentro que enjuagar y cocinar es la forma m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida de hacerlo y siempre obtengo la misma cantidad de sal en mi bacalao.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2: <\/strong>Tritura en trozos m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os el bacalao y corta tan grande o peque\u00f1o como quieras. C\u00f3rtala justo antes de usarla porque despu\u00e9s de pelar la berenjena, r\u00e1pidamente cambia de color a uno marr\u00f3n. Aunque est\u00e1 perfectamente bien para comer, no se ver\u00e1 tan apetitosa.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4: <\/strong>Ahora es el momento de cocinar la berenjena agregando el aceite y la berenjena en un sart\u00e9n durante 10 minutos. Mezcla y luego agregale sofrito y la salsa de tomate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 6:<\/strong> Finalmente mezcla todo bien y cocina por otros 3 minutos. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#dee3d9\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"tip-para-la-receta\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tip Para La Receta<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Esta receta es perfecta para hacer con anticipaci\u00f3n. Puedes preparar el bacalao desalin\u00e1ndolo, cocinandolo y guard\u00e1ndolo en la nevera por no m\u00e1s de 3 d\u00edas.
