Un buen sustituto es el cilantro, que no tiene un sabor tan fuerte pero ser\u00e1 suficiente. Luego cocine por 15 minutos. Una vez completado esto, escurrir y cortar en trozos m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os. Puedes dejarlo en trozos grandes si quieres. Lo m\u00e1s importante es asegurarse de comprobar si queda alg\u00fana espina .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Mezcla el agua, la harina y todos los condimentos asegur\u00e1ndote de que no queden grumos. Ahora es el momento de comprobar la consistencia de tu masa. No debe quedar tan espesa como la masa de un pancake ni tan fina como la de una crepe.&nbsp;Agrega el bacalao y mezcla bien. Al principio parecer\u00e1 un pancake plano y eso es exactamente lo que quieres. Cuando la temperatura del aceite es baja, ayuda a que la masa se extienda en lugar de simplemente separarse en peque\u00f1os grumos. Tambi\u00e9n trato de mover la mezcla con lo que sea que le vierto. Fre\u00edr durante 3 minutos por lado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Ahora sube el fuego al m\u00e1ximo. Cocine por cada lado durante dos minutos o hasta que tenga un bonito color dorado. Aqu\u00ed es cuando tu bacalaito quedar\u00e1 s\u00faper crujiente. A menos que tengas una sart\u00e9n grande debes fre\u00edr en tandas. Esto mantendr\u00e1 la temperatura de su horno caliente.
