Pero tambi\u00e9n puedes hacer un <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-sustituto-de-sofrito-puertorriqueno\/\">sofrito sin recao<\/a> y igual le dar\u00e1 buen sabor a la comida. <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/que-es-culantro\/\">Informate m\u00e1s sobre recao<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aj\u00edes Dulces-<\/strong> Los aj\u00edes dulces vienen en diferentes tonos de rojo, verde, naranja y amarillo. Cuando est\u00e9s buscando ajies, aseg\u00farate de preguntar para ver si tienes el correcto, o puedes terminar como yo. Una vez por error compr\u00e9 una bolsa de chiles habaneros peque\u00f1os pensando que eran ajices, y termin\u00e9 con tremendo ardor en la mano.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cilantro-<\/strong> Us\u00e9 un manojo de cilantro tal como viene del supermercado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pimientos de cocinar-<\/strong> estos pimientos est\u00e1n ampliamente disponibles, a veces llamados pimientos italianos para fre\u00edr. La mayor\u00eda de las veces, se encuentran en la misma zona que los pimientos verdes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pimientos verdes y pimientos rojos-<\/strong> Utilic\u00e9 uno de cada color, pero si no quieres darle un color rojo al sofrito, usa solo pimientos verdes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cebolla-<\/strong> Us\u00e9 1 cebolla amarilla pero tambi\u00e9n puedes usar cebolla blanca.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ajo-<\/strong> Us\u00e9 12 dientes de ajo frescos. Tienen un sabor dulce y no son nada picantes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al hacer esta receta utilizo agua para licuar mejor todas los vegetales. Esto se debe a que si la bolsa se rompe, la nevera o congelador va a oler mal durante unos d\u00edas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1ade 2 cucharadas de sofrito a una cubeta de hielo, congela.
