No solo debes sazonar el pescado antes de fre\u00edrlo, sino que tambi\u00e9n debes sazonar la harina. En cuanto a la masa, lo mejor que puedes usar es una mezcla de harinas. Para obtener un exterior muy crocante, se debe usar harina para todo uso y f\u00e9cula de ma\u00edz o mejor conocida como maizena. Otra mezcla que puedes utilizar es la harina para todo uso y la harina de arroz. Ambas mezclas con un poco de polvo de hornear\u00a0 porque esto descompone las prote\u00ednas y te ayuda a obtener una corteza dorada.<\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1713417870430\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo fre\u00edr tilapia sin que se pegue a la sart\u00e9n?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">El secreto para fre\u00edr pescado sin que se pegue a la sart\u00e9n est\u00e1 en la temperatura. Lo primero que debes hacer es calentar tu sart\u00e9n. Luego agregue su aceite y ll\u00e9velo a una temperatura alta. Una vez que su aceite est\u00e9 caliente, agregue su pescado. Otra raz\u00f3n importante por la que el pescado se pega a la sart\u00e9n es que lo est\u00e1s moviendo demasiado r\u00e1pido.
