Igualmente lo es en Latino Am\u00e9rica. No existe una receta \u00fanica porque cada pa\u00eds tiene su receta deliciosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Puerto Rico le agregamos <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/como-hacer-aceite-de-achiote\/\">aceite de achiote<\/a> y un <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/sofrito\/\">sofrito homemade<\/a> . Algunos de nosotros hacemos<strong> <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/bolitas-de-platano\/\">bolitas de pl\u00e1tano verde<\/a> para agregar, cr\u00e9anme, son la mejor adici\u00f3n para hacer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Normalmente el sancocho se sirve con <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/arroz-blanco\/\">arroz blanco perfecto<\/a> o un trozo de pan. B\u00fascalos en tu supermercado local en el \u00e1rea de vegetales frescos y congelados. Si usa pasta de tomate, solo use \u00bc de taza.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hojas de laurel- <\/strong>Son imprescindibles por todo el sabor que liberan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Condimentos- <\/strong>En esta receta se usa tomillo molido, adobo, saz\u00f3n y sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Agua- <\/strong>En esta receta usamos 10 tazas de agua porque el sancocho no debe quedar aguado. Es como un guiso espeso. Puedes preparar las verduras antes de comenzar, pero a m\u00ed me gusta ahorrar tiempo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 6:<\/strong> Agrega las verduras y el resto del agua a la olla. Mezcla y termina de cocinar por otros 30 minutos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#dee3d9\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"tips-para-la-receta\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tips Para La Receta<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Puedes hacer el sancocho m\u00e1s espeso o liquido. Si lo quieres m\u00e1s espeso coc\u00ednalo unos 5 minutos m\u00e1s. Si te gusta m\u00e1s l\u00edquido, coc\u00ednalo entre 10 a 8 minutos menos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gu\u00e1rdalo en tu rnevera por no m\u00e1s de 4 d\u00edas. Cong\u00e9lalo por hasta 3 meses. Para recalentar sugiero descongelar completamente o casi, luego pon un poco m\u00e1s de agua para evitar que se seque.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div
