Pero si buscas fre\u00edr esta receta, los pl\u00e1tanos pueden estar mas amarillentos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sal<\/strong>&#8211; Le agregu\u00e9 \u00bc de sal que puedes sustituir por una <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/adobo-completo\/\">mezcla de adobo<\/a>. No necesitamos agregar muchos condimentos porque el pl\u00e1tano absorber\u00e1 todos los sabores del caldo en el que las cocines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Saz\u00f3n<\/strong>&#8211; el <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/sazon\/\">saz\u00f3n con color<\/a> se usa para darle un sabor rico y por la riqueza de color que da. Con tu cuchillo levanta la piel y pela con las manos. Normalmente pruebo un poco de la masa para asegurarme de que est\u00e9 perfectamente sazonada. Luego engrasa tus manos con un poco de aceite, mantequilla o manteca y dale forma a las bolitas. Toma una cucharada de masa en tus manos y forma una bola. Congelar durante al menos 10 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Hecha las bolitas suavemente a tu sopa o caldo. Qu esten a no menos de 1 pulgada de espacio entre cada una para evitar que se peguen. Cocina por 15 minutos o hasta que esten firmes en el centro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>\u261b<strong>&nbsp;Importante:<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;No muevas las bolitas mientras se cocinan.
