Pero sigue teniendo los mismos ingredientes base como el huevos, leche condensada, leche evaporada y un toque de vainilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos los ingredientes se licuan y se cocinan sobre una cama de caramelo sedoso. Dale la vuelta y obtendr\u00e1s un flan s\u00faper cremoso ba\u00f1ado en una salsa de caramelo dorado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Puerto Rico crec\u00ed comiendo <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-flan-de-queso-boricua\/\">flan de queso crema<\/a>, que es el m\u00e1s popular. En mi casa mi t\u00eda era la mejor haci\u00e9ndolo y de ella aprend\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero ahora, tan pronto como llega la temporada de oto\u00f1o, estoy preparando flan de calabaza, una<a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/sopa-de-calabaza\/\"> crema de calabaza<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/bizcocho-de-calabaza-2\/\">pan dulce de calabaza<\/a>. Pero tu caramelo se ver\u00e1 un poco m\u00e1s oscuro, pero est\u00e1 bien. Todav\u00eda tendr\u00e1 un rico sabor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Calabaza-<\/strong> Siempre me encanta usar calabaza fresca cuando est\u00e1 disponible pero si todo lo que tienes es pur\u00e9 de calabaza enlatado, no dudes en usarlo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leche Evaporada- <\/strong>Use una lata de 12 onzas. Realmente ayuda a darle al flan un sabor muy rico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leche<\/strong> <strong>Condensada<\/strong>&#8211; La leche condensada es lo que se usa para endulzar el flan de calabaza.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vainilla- <\/strong>Us\u00e9 extracto de vainilla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Huevos-&nbsp;<\/strong>Us\u00e9 5 huevos y si se usa demasiados huevos puede tener un sabor fuerte a huevo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Canela y Pimienta Jamaica molida (all spice)-<\/strong> Un poco de canela y pimienta de Jamaica es la clave para que tenga un rico aroma y sabor. Est\u00e9 siempre atento a ello. Luego vierte en tu molde. Ten mucho cuidado, el caramelo estar\u00e1 muy caliente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Si usa calabaza fresca, p\u00e9lela y c\u00f3rtela en cubos de \u00bd pulgada. Cocine durante unos 8 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9n tiernos. Licua hasta que no hayan grumos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Vierte tu mezcla de flan en el molde. Haz un ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda y lleva el flan al horno. Ag\u00edtelo suavemente para asegurarse de que se suelte de los lados del molde.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 6:<\/strong> Pon un plato grande sobre el molde y dale la vuelta r\u00e1pidamente. Tu base puede tener un sabor incre\u00edble pero si quemas el caramelo arruinar\u00e1 todo el flan. El truco con el caramelo es empezar con una temperatura alta y bajarla r\u00e1pidamente. Mucha gente sabe que puedes cocinar flan en el horno. Pero no mucha gente sabe que el flan se puede cocinar en la estufa.
