Pero despu\u00e9s de probar un <strong>Bizcocho de Calabaza<\/strong> todo cambi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora no puedo esperar a que llegue la temporada de oto\u00f1o para empezar a hacer una <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/sopa-de-calabaza\/\">facil sopa de calabaza<\/a><strong> <\/strong>o un<strong> <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/flan-de-calabaza\/\">flan de calabaza puertorrique\u00f1o<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mi versi\u00f3n del bizcocho de calabaza est\u00e1 riqu\u00edsima. Es tierno en el medio con una  corteza dorada alrededor. El bizcocho en s\u00ed tiene una mezcla de especias ricas y no es demasiado dulce, lo que complementa muy bien con el frosting de queso crema dulce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por la ma\u00f1ana me gusta servir este pan con frutas, caf\u00e9 o jugo de china. La harina para todo uso ayuda a que el pan forme una buena miga.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Especias-<\/strong> Utilic\u00e9 una combinaci\u00f3n de canela, jengibre y pimienta de Jamaica. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Huevos, bicarbonato de sodio y levadura en polvo-<\/strong> Se utilizan para que el bizcocho suba.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Calabaza-<\/strong> Us\u00e9 1 taza de pur\u00e9 de calabaza enlatado de Lybbi. Me gusta esta marca porque siempre tiene la misma consistencia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aceite-<\/strong> Us\u00e9 aceite vegetal. Me gusta usar un aceite de sabor neutro.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Az\u00facar-<\/strong> En esta receta utilic\u00e9 az\u00facar blanca pero puedes sustituirla por az\u00facar moreno. Yo solo uso 1 \u00bd taza de az\u00facar porque no me gusta que el pastel quede demasiado dulce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vainilla-<\/strong> Us\u00e9 extracto de vainilla que combina muy bien con las especias de este pastel. Intente utilizar un queso crema de calidad para obtener un mejor sabor. Recuerde utilizar queso crema a temperatura ambiente. Puedes dejarlo a temperatura ambiente o calentarlo en el microondas durante 10 segundos seguidos hasta que est\u00e9 suave.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mantequilla<\/strong>&#8211; Use 4 cucharadas de mantequilla sin sal a temperatura ambiente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vainilla y canela-<\/strong> Agregu\u00e9 estos 2 para darle sabor. En realidad, no importa si viertes ingredientes h\u00famedos sobre secos o secos sobre h\u00famedos, es solo mi preferencia. Aseg\u00farate de mezclar bien todos los ingredientes pero trata de no mezclar demasiado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Forra tu molde con papel de hornear. Inserte un palillo por el centro del pan para comprobar que est\u00e9 listo. Haga esto s\u00f3lo en la \u00faltima mitad de la cocci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Puedes hacer 2 panes peque\u00f1os de esta receta usando moldes para pan m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os.
