Una de las muchas recetas cl\u00e1sicas de arroz que tenemos es el <strong>Arroz Con Habichuelas<\/strong>. Es tan popular como un<strong> <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/arroz-blanco\/\">clasico arroz blanco<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nosotros en la isla lo llamamos arroz guisado con habichuelas mientras que en Rep\u00fablica Dominicana y Cuba se llama Moro y todos saben diferentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Puerto Rico lo que le da ese sabor distintivo a nuestras recetas de arroz es el <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/sofrito\/\">sofrito fresco<\/a>, el <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/sazon\/\">cl\u00e1sico saz\u00f3n<\/a>, la <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/adobo-completo\/\">mezcla de especies adobo<\/a> y el <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/como-hacer-aceite-de-achiote\/\">aceite de semillas de achiote<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez que todos los sabores se combinan y se cocinan, lo que se obtiene es un arroz de un apetitoso color amarillo y granos sueltos, sabrosos y esponjosos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Este arroz es tan bueno que hasta solo se puede comer. Esponja tu arroz. Tapa y cocina por otros 20 minutos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#dee3d9\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"errores-comunes-y-soluciones\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Errores comunes y soluciones<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Arroz duro-<\/strong> si tu arroz todav\u00eda est\u00e1 un poco duro, siempre puedes arreglarlo porque s\u00f3lo significa que tu arroz todav\u00eda est\u00e1 un poco crudo. Lo \u00fanico que tienes que hacer es agregar 3 cucharadas de agua y cocinar por otros 5 minutos. El agua crear\u00e1 m\u00e1s vapor para ayudar a cocinar el arroz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sabor a arroz quemado-<\/strong> Ese sabor a arroz quemado en Puerto Rico le llamamos <em>ajumao<\/em> y es s\u00faper f\u00e1cil de arreglar. El truco para quitar el sabor a quemado del arroz es a\u00f1adir una cebolla entera picada por la mitad. Agregua la cebolla y cocina por 5-8 minutos m\u00e1s y la cebolla absorber\u00e1 el olor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"tips-para-la-receta\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tips para La Receta<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>El caldero-<\/strong> Tradicionalmente todo el arroz puertorrique\u00f1o se elabora en calderos. Pero la realidad (pol\u00e9mica) es que puedes hacer el arroz en cualquier olla siempre y cuando tenga tapa. \u00a1Incluso yo hago arroz guisado hasta en arrocera!
