Popular en el Caribe por su sabor pero tambi\u00e9n por su conveniencia, especialmente durante la temporada de huracanes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se hizo muy popular en la isla porque era una cena f\u00e1cil, r\u00e1pida y econ\u00f3mica. A menudo se la conoc\u00eda como \u201ccomida de pobres\u201d. Pero tenemos 2 formas de hacerlo. Siempre puedes usar aceite de achiote. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pl\u00e1tano maduro- <\/strong>El pl\u00e1tano debe estar amarillo y maduro para mejor sabor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Verduras-<\/strong> Us\u00e9 cebolla y pimiento verde.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sofrito-<\/strong> El sofrito es importante ya que es una de las bases de esta receta. Si no encuentras o tienes entonces usa mi <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-sustituto-de-sofrito-puertorriqueno\/\">sustituto del sofrito<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Salsa de tomate<\/strong>&#8211; Us\u00e9 salsa de tomate pero puedes sustituirla por la mitad de pasta de tomate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Saz\u00f3n-<\/strong> Yo uso saz\u00f3n porque agrega sabor y tambi\u00e9n agrega color.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Corned Beef-<\/strong> He usado diferentes marcas como Libby\u2019s, Goya, Iberia y Hormels. Esto ser\u00e1 f\u00e1cil de hacer cuando el pl\u00e1tano est\u00e9 bien maduro. Simplemente corta los extremos, corta una l\u00ednea que atraviese la piel y ret\u00edrala. Corta el pl\u00e1tano por la mitad y cada mitad en unos 4 trozos largos. Puede salir m\u00e1s o menos dependiendo del grosor del pl\u00e1tano.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Fr\u00ede los pl\u00e1tanos durante 1 minuto de cada lado o hasta que tengan los bordes crocantes y est\u00e9n dorados. Puedes cortarlo del grosor que quieras, es simplemente una preferencia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Agrega el aceite, la cebolla, el pimiento a un sarten grande y sofr\u00ede durante 2 minutos.
